先交代下我的情况：
我目前TOEFL口语是27分，是唯一一个没有到30分的单项。所以我的目标是通过练习，可以到30分。另外也是通过练习，刻意建一个说的机会。
以下是我的练习方式。
材料
TOEFL 口语第一题，因为这个部分的有Sun Sun 的示范：思路内容是现成的，所以下面的练习方法更多是提高在段落输出时候的吐字清晰度。
方法
第一步：先就Sun Sun 给的文本录制一个版本
I agree with the statement that to lead a happy life, one should love his or her job.
Because loving your job will allow you to be more motivated at work.
For example, you will keep thinking about, like, different ideas to design the posters, or different strategies to help your clients to market their products. So it’s just easier for you to do your job well, which will give you a sense of achievement, and sure you’ll be happier.
Also, whenever you come across something you don’t know, or situations you don’t know how to deal with, you’ll be more likely to ask and to find better answers, instead of just simply getting the job done.
And in this way you’ll improve your skills and find meaning in your job, which will definitely lead to a happier life.
第二步：上传到LAB 的口语批改系统进行识别。

第三步：根据识别结果，反思发音不清楚的地方

2. one /wən/ 发音要完整
3. to 前面的停顿有些长
4. and 的结尾的d 有点太突出了
5. come /kəm/发音要完整
6. or 发音不够完整; don’t know 的调向下走，不要往上
7. with 的结尾太重了
8. You 发音太长了，识别成了we
9. beTTER 后面部分D音太长，可以试着发短，或者发t
10. simply: ly 发音
11. and 的结尾的d 有点太突出了
12./15. ‘ll 的发音
13. improve your 有点急
第四步：对应的纠正，重录
这时候互动字幕的好处就体现出来了，对于一些发音清晰度有比较多问题的句子，可以直接点击到对应文本部分，反复听示范。

总结
TOEFL 口语比较难突破23，有一部分原因是独立题没有思路，综合题听力细节表达的内容不够。
但也有的时候，我们感觉自己说的内容多了，分数还是没有突破，这时候很有可能是清晰度不够：就是虽然有内容，但是别人听不懂。特别是在时间紧张的情况下，我们容易就是在赶内容，而没有顾及说的是不是够清楚。
我们自己一般很难去注意到自己清晰度的问题，通过类似以上的练习方式，通过识别，可以比较客观的看到发音上的问题。个人的感受是，多加练习后，输出会耐心会平稳些。
