李四一在一家半导体厂干着厂务水电工俗称厂务的工作，他就像是fab的一个物业经理，机台没电了，没气了电话就打到他手里去。
偶尔也会遇到一些棘手的问题。
李四一发现最近F2/Kr/He这些气体消耗的比较大，几乎是平时的三四倍左右，李四一问了一下用这个气体的设备EE问他们最近设备旁边有做什么动作吗？是不是漏气了。EE一听，吗呀，特气泄漏这还得了，可EE一看设备运转一切正常，这个设备前几天才release,问题肯定就出现在这一路的。设备说他们设备运转正常，气压表也是正常的，他们也帮不了什么。
李四一只好带着特气组的小伙伴一起排查问题出现在哪里。他们在整个工厂围绕着两端有接口的管路一段一段做保压测试，最后发现VMB到激光器那一段有泄漏，到这一段就是EE这边有问题了。最终发现是laser的接口端有漏气，他们继续把接口这里重新拆开一看，是接口处有个小金属片变形了，气体就是通过这个小小的金属片从接口缝中泄漏的。
而在追究原因时，施工的外包一口咬定是EE的问题，因为他们施工的时候，这个小金属件是厂商设备提供的，原来在施工这一段管路的时候，厂商随设备的接口件挺多的，厂商好意把零件借给施工外包，laser厂商也不背锅，因为当时接完管路，做了三天的保压测试，没有问题，只能怪你们施工的问题，拧太用力了，把螺纹弄歪了，导致漏气。
设备又说，这明明是厂务的问题，气体泄漏这么多天，距离激光器1米以内就有五个探测器，你们报警系统吃干饭的，都泄漏一个多月了，想毒死我们？
李四一最后被逼得没办法了，只好说买的探测器太过灵敏，经常虚报，我们搞得没办法，才把报警阈值设置到了1%，而空气中F2含量也差不多，因此没有报警。
幸运的是泄漏段正好在激光器的保护中，周围会有真空把泄漏气体往外吸，再加上氟气化学性质活泼，具有强氧化性，虽然（F2）是一种淡黄色剧毒气体，但它是氧化性最强的单质之一，可以与几乎所有有机物和无机物反应，除了全氟化合物外。氟气在自然界中只能以化合态存在，因为它是一种极强的氧化剂，能够与部分惰性气体在一定条件下反应。
这次事件之后，李四一 设备厂商 特气管路连接外包商 三方受罚，一人领了一口大锅，李四一的绩效被扣了个精光。李四一心理也挺难受地，这么累地排查工作，最终还是面上要受骂，里上还要扣钱，还是领导靠谱，让李四一这个月多填点加班，把扣的绩效给加回来。这让李四一心理收到了一丝丝安慰，半导体厂，还是有真情的！

At this section, there was a problem on the EE side. Finally, they found that there was a leak at the interface of the laser. They continued to disassemble the interface and found that there was a small metal sheet at the interface that was deformed. The gas leaked from the interface through this small metal sheet. When investigating the cause, the outsourced construction company insisted that it was EE's problem, because when they were constructing, this small metal piece was provided by the manufacturer's equipment. It turned out that when constructing this section of the pipeline, the manufacturer had a lot of interface parts with the equipment. The manufacturer kindly lent the parts to the construction outsourcing. The laser manufacturer did not take the blame, because after the pipeline was connected, a three-day pressure test was performed, and there was no problem. It can only be blamed on your construction problems. The screw was twisted too hard and the thread was crooked, causing the leak. The equipment said that this was obviously a factory problem. The gas has been leaking for so many days. There are five detectors within 1 meter of the laser. Your alarm system is useless. It has been leaking for more than a month. Do you want to poison us? Li Siyi was finally forced into a corner and had to say that the detector he bought was too sensitive and often reported false alarms. We had no choice but to set the alarm threshold to 1%, and the F2 content in the air was about the same, so there was no alarm. Fortunately, the leaking section was just protected by the laser, and there would be a vacuum around it to suck the leaking gas out. In addition, fluorine gas has active chemical properties and is highly oxidizing. Although (F2) is a light yellow highly toxic gas, it is one of the most oxidizing elements and can react with almost all organic and inorganic substances, except perfluorinated compounds. Fluorine gas can only exist in a combined state in nature because it is an extremely strong oxidant that can react with some inert gases under certain conditions. After this incident, Li Siyi, the equipment manufacturer, and the special gas pipeline connection outsourcing company were punished, and each of them took a big pot. Li Siyi's performance was completely deducted. Li Siyi was also very upset. He worked so hard to investigate, but in the end he was scolded and his salary was deducted.
