又是周五下午了，李四一每周周五下午都得和他们的半导体设备原厂开会，汇报这周设备遇见的状况，如何解决的，以及有什么需求等。要问为什么下午开会？那是因为原厂在欧洲，有时差，下午刚好就是人家早上上班的时候。
由于语言不同，李四一每次开会前都会准备一下要说的话语，提前在心里用英语讲一遍，以免表达不太清楚。
李四一所在的公司只是一家代理公司，俗称外包公司，如果半导体设备公司是半导体厂的外包，那李四一便是外包中的外包。虽然比不上大厂的正式工待遇，但在竞争激烈，学历内卷的社会，李四一能找到份工作，以及实属不易了。虽说不是正式工，但在外包公司里面还是算正式工的，五险一金正常交，就是待遇稍微低一些，出差补贴低一些。
偶尔李四一也觉着不太公平，凭什么干着一样的活，待遇不一样。不过想想也就想开了，人在这世上，本来就是带着很多不公平的，从个人的能力，天赋，到家境，运气，机遇……干好眼前的活，走好眼前的每一步路，便是李四一的人生之道，他好像也没太多选择，投递了很多正式工的岗位，换来的是HR或者面试官的鄙夷拒绝。
外包的日子有时候忙得焦头烂额，有时候又挺清闲的。忙的时候天天穿着无尘服泡在车间里面，白天进去，晚上天黑了才出来吃口饭又继续扎身进厂。
作为外包客户代表，李四一有时候还得每周和客户开会，会上客户会提出机台的的一些要求，他们想实现的功能，李四一当然也不能够马上在会议上给出一个答案，只能收集起来周五再反馈给原厂，看能否实现，具体该怎么去做。这时候李四一便成了半导体厂客户和原厂客户的交流桥梁了。
有时候外包的工作也不是很稳定，这不李四一所在的公司原厂要自己找的正式工来接手售后服务的活了，李四一直接被暴力裁员，因为公司要倒闭了，虽然倒闭，还是给了李四一一些补偿费。
不久李四一又成功面试上入职了一家外包售后装机服务工程师。开启了颠沛流离的出差生活。他们的工作模式一般都是一个正式工，带着几个外包，外包在边上学习，过了一段时间李四一便能够独立一人值班了。白天，黑夜，李四一在每一个充实的日子中过下去。
