半导体厂倒闭事件

李四一就这样被流放月球了，由于犯下种种错误，地球政府经过研究，把李四一进行月球流放30年的，让他在月球上的半导体厂劳动改造。

李四一在执法人的押送下，和一起的300名劳动改造人员一起坐飞船上了月球。李四一听说月球上的半导体厂还算比较先进的，有领先的制程技术，就是人员缺少，会比较累，一个人一个班得上15个小时。和李四一一起前往月球改造的人，有李四一之前对接的厂商，同事，还有在同一个fab打过照面的人。

经过10个小时的飞行，李四一到了月球上的半导体厂，厂里真是气派，有李四一之前工作的半导体厂10个这么大，也是，每年把这么多地球民工弄过来，肯定是个大规模的。

李四一一下飞船就被安排去厂里PM了。这边无尘室门口没有安检的，无尘服也是不用穿，有专门的薄膜工程师给他们镀膜。也是很方便。

李四一一进厂，就被一眼望不到头的机台阵列给震撼到了，机台真多。这时候，领导带着李四一来到了他们要进行的PM机台跟前说，我看过你的资料，这个机台和你在地球上修的是一样的，应该立马就能上手把，这是今天的任务，10个小时之后下班，任务很紧，我先去其他地方看看了。

李四一结果PM清单，点了点头，劳动改造，改呗。便和同事一起干活了。李四一就这样埋头苦干，干了4个小时，李四一想出去上个厕所，便和同事说待会儿接着干，我先去上个厕所。同事点点头，和他说厕所就在进无尘室的对面。

李四一听完便答应了，随着领导出了fab,要开个会先。会上，大领导，董事长也来了，李四一看看一眼投影布上的内容，几乎每天报废10W片wafer,触目惊心的红色。这个厂子怕不是要倒闭了，倒闭也好，反正李四一在这来劳动改造的，又没工资拿。

会上董事长把厂长，各模组负责人都挨个点名，董事长的嘴，就像阎王爷的生死簿，点到名的，直接撤职开除，送到土星去挖沙子。会议结束，领导少了一大半，李四一便开始调查，李四一进fab拿到了量测的数据，经过对比发现，报废的wafer都是有120层layer .其中第60层和61一层的顺序给颠倒了，导致那一层的电路短路，直接废了。

李四一再一细查，发现这两层用的光罩，reticle pod 绑定的reticle ID是匹配的，实物却是调换了的，这个时候刚好机台里面存放reticle的library 的 barcode reader出现毛病，把6认成了9，把9认成6，导致两个放的位置放反了。李四一把这个结果发给了领导看，领导一看，终于发现原因了，可这个一旦上报，领导估计也要派去土星挖沙子了，因为这两个光罩正是领导负责的那几层layer.

李四一虽然查清了真相，可还没等他汇报，厂里就贴出了，经营不善要倒闭的通知，董事长也早就逃回地球跑路了。月球的半导体宣告倒闭了，不过对李四一这种过来劳动改造的人来说，其实也没有什么区别，倒闭了，换个有钱的资本家再进行收购重组，李四一改干嘛还得干嘛。
