Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy or CRT
心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）
A healthy heart pumps blood through the body evenly and synchronously, supplying the body with oxygen and nutrients. The right and left ventricles pump the blood into the body's circulatory system.
健康的心脏均匀同步地将血液泵入全身，为身体提供氧气和营养。左、右心室将血液泵入身体的循环系统。
The heart's pumping motions are controlled by electric pulses. These pulses are distributed synchronously through the left and right bundle branches. The ventricles contract at the same time with every distributed excitation.
心脏的泵送运动由电脉冲控制。这些脉冲通过左右束支同步分散。脉冲激发时，心室同时收缩。
When electrical conduction is blocked in the left bundle branch, it is referred to as left bundle branch block. The left bundle branch is blocked and the electrical stimulus is not passed on.
当左束支的电传导受阻时，称为左束支传导阻滞。左束支阻滞，电刺激将无法传送。
In such cases, the electrical pulses first pass into the right ventricle. They then reach the left ventricle with a delay. The delayed excitation in the ventricles causes uneven pumping motions in the heart. The pumping force decreases and the heart muscle becomes weaker.
这种情况下，电脉冲首先进入右心室，然后延迟到达左心室。心室延迟激发导致心脏不均匀的泵血。泵送力降低，心肌变弱。
A device for cardiac resynchronization or CRT can restore the even balance between the two ventricles. The device is implanted through a small incision below the collarbone and connected to the heart with three leads.
心脏再同步（CRT）设备可以恢复两个心室之间的平衡。该设备经锁骨下的小切口植入，通过三个电极导线连接心脏。
The atrial lead allows the CRT device to monitor the atrial rate. The CRT device responds with electric pulses that are conducted into the ventricles simultaneously by the ventricular leads. The obstruction in the left bundle branch can thus be bypassed and the pumping motion synchronized.
CRT设备通过心房电极监测房率；通过心室电极同时向心室传导电脉冲。这能够绕过左束支阻滞部位，同步泵送运动。
Each pulse from the ventricular leads synchronizes the pumping function. In this way, cardiac resynchronization improves the cardiac output and quality of life of these patients.
心室电极发送的每个脉冲使泵送功能同步进行。因此，心脏再同步将改善这些患者的心输出量和生活质量。
