  • 金刚坐准备,双膝双脚并拢

  • 屈手肘,让手肘、小臂做开合动作

  • 配合呼吸,动态练习15-30次

  • 双手十指交叉握拳、小臂紧贴

  • 做手腕环绕动作,注意双肩放松

  • 动态练习30次,交换手指重复练习

  • 右手握拳,左手掌包裹住右手

  • 吸气双手向上拉长脊柱,双肩放松

  • 动态练习15次,换反侧重复

  • 四角跪姿,手指尖朝向膝盖

  • 吸气延展脊柱,呼气臀部向后找脚跟

  • 配合呼吸,动态练习15-30次

  • 四角跪姿,双手在双肩正下方

  • 配合呼吸,感受肩胛骨开合

  • 然后屈手肘做俯卧撑动作

  • 配合呼吸,动态练习12次

  • 斜板式准备,双肩在双手正上方

  • 呼气身体重心前移,吸气还原斜板

  • 配合呼吸,动态练习15-30次

  • 从斜板式,呼气向后过渡下犬式

  • 吸气双手向前走,脚掌压双手掌心

  • 感受大腿后侧伸展,停留8个呼吸
