DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will involve handling a wide range of IP-related matters, including:
1、Representing clients in patent litigations, patent invalidations and related matters before the court.
2、Advising on patent infringement and validity issues;
3、Providing technical support on patent litigation matters, such as appearing in hearing;
4、Assisting in patent prosecution matters.
5、Performing any ad hoc project assigned by the Partners or senior Associates of the Firm
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
1、Patent attorney with at around 3 years of experience in IP
2、Qualified PRC solicitor/ lawyer and licensed in PRC patent, with around 3 years' relevant post qualification experience in the IP field
3、Experienced in international law firm will be an advantage
4、Experience in dealing with patent prosecution work, portfolio management as well as supporting global patent enforcement.
5、Solidexperience in providinginfringement/validityadviceon patents.
6、Education or work background in telecommunications or semiconductors would be a plus.
7、Excellent communication skills in both reading, written, and spoken English and Chinese
8、International law firm/ multi- national client experience would be an advantage, as is prior experience in IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting work.
9、Able to work independently, responsible, meticulous, with strong inter-personal skills, a team player and able to work well under pressure.
10、Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills
