▌Special issue information
This special issue seeks to analyze how water utilities in both the global North and the Global South are responding to the impacts of climate change. In analyzing climate adaptation and mitigation of water utilities, the focus of this special issue is on understanding how climate adaptation and mitigation is leading to changes in the governance, management and financing of water utilities, rather than technological and infrastructural interventions. How do utilities deal with climate change and transition to become more climate resilient? We welcome articles dealing with both challenges in the global North and the global South.
