松茂古道，又称茶马古道，南起都江堰西街，沿岷江河谷延伸，北至松潘县城，长七百余里，它记载着千百年风雨摇曳的岁月。是成都平原和川西少数民族地区经济文化联系的重要走廊。斑驳的石梯，羊肠的小路，见证着马帮北行茂县、松潘、九寨沟运输茶叶、丝绸的繁华和历史。远去的马蹄声和银铃声摇曳在青山绿水，群山万壑，这里景色天然而绝美。本次线路，是从龙池穿越映秀，一起去感受这古老又具魅力的茶马古道吧。The Songmao Ancient Path, also known as the Tea Horse Ancient Road, starts from the West Street of Dujiangyan in the south and extends along the Minjiang River valley to Songpan County in the north, spanning a distance of over 700 miles. It records the countless years of wind and rain. It is an important corridor connecting the Chengdu Plain and the ethnic minority areas in western Sichuan in terms of economic and cultural exchange. The mottled stone steps and winding small paths witness the prosperity and history of transporting tea and silk from Mao County, Songpan, and Jiuzhaigou by the caravans going north. The sound of horse hooves and silver bells fades away amidst the green mountains and rivers, surrounded by countless mountains and valleys, creating a natural and breathtaking scenery. We will hike through Longchi to Yingxiu to experience this ancient and charming Tea Horse Ancient Road.

线路信息

（全程约10公里，爬升约660米，预计完成5-6小时左右）

温馨提示

1.此次路线距离约10公里，爬升约660米。全程以机耕路，土路为主，新手较友好；

2.为保证正常参加活动，请按时（建议8:10之前）抵达集合地点，迟到将无法乘坐大巴与队伍汇合；

3.本次活动不提供正餐（出发时会发放水与蛋白棒等基础补给）且出行时间较长，请参与者自备徒步所需轻量能量补给；

4.活动开始前24小时，可申请取消报名并免责退款（如涉及）；活动开始前24小时后，未取消报名将视为默认出席活动并购买保险，不可取消报名及退款（如涉及）；

5.此活动涉及拍摄，有关照片/视频将用于宣传推广等活动，报名成功即表示已同意肖像许可;

6.户外运动具有一定风险，参与者需听从领队指挥与安排，不可盲目行动。凡患有严重心理障碍、癫痫、哮喘、骨折以及高血压、脑心管疾病等其他有碍运动的疾病，建议禁止报名参与活动。若隐瞒因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失，由参与者个人承担责任；

7.完成报名后请务必及时添加可隆户外官企业微信，以便及时跟进活动安排；

*活动日期与时间可能会有所调整，如遇恶劣雷雨天气活动将延期或取消。具体变化将由工作人员于活动开始前24小时进行通知，如带来不便敬请谅解。

-20-35L小背包

-穿徒步鞋或防滑运动鞋，羽绒服/冲锋衣和抓绒（三层穿衣法👇）

-个人物品：防晒霜，帽子，太阳眼镜，手套，唇膏，保温杯，登山杖，充电宝，雨具（以防下雨）

-路餐：面包，三明治等干粮及充饥零食或水果

-垃圾袋（请带走自己产生的垃圾）

-药品：感冒药，肠胃药，晕车药，维生素，创可贴

- 20-35L backpack

- Hiking or Non-slip shoes, down jacket/outdoor jacket&fleece(Three-layer dressing method👇)

- Personal items: Sun cream, hat, sunglasses, gloves, lip balm, hiking poles, charger, rain gear(just in case of the rain)

- Lunchbox: Sandwich, bread, snacks, or fruit

- Garbage bag(Take away your own garbage)

- Medicine: Cold medicine, stomach medicine, motion sickness medicine, vitamins, Band-aids
