加快光伏并网 助力绿色转型
The acceleration of photovoltaic grid integration is driving green transformation. According to the Energy Management Service Center of the District Development and Reform Bureau, Keqiao District has actively promoted clean energy substitution initiatives this year, advancing photovoltaic projects across various platforms and settings, including businesses, homes, and agricultural sites. Data show that in the first three quarters, the district added 269.2 megawatts of new photovoltaic capacity to the grid, leading the city and exceeding the annual target of 160 megawatts ahead of schedule.
Recently, the rooftop of Zhejiang Bodelong Machine Electricity Hardware Co., Ltd. in Ma'an Subdistrict became a striking sight, with rows of neatly arranged solar panels forming vibrant blue "barriers". A company representative noted that, in response to the call for green energy and to reduce electricity costs for production and operations, the company invested in a photovoltaic project spanning about 10,000 square meters of rooftop space on its factory building. The system successfully connected to the grid last month, marking the company's transition toward green and low-carbon development.
近日，在位于马鞍街道的浙江博德隆五金机电有限公司厂房屋顶，整齐排列的太阳能光伏板格外醒目，构筑起一道道蔚蓝色的“屏障”。该公司有关负责人表示，为积极响应绿色节能号召，同时也降低生产经营用电成本，公司利用约1万平方米的厂房屋顶投资建设光伏项目，上月成功并网发电，走上了绿色低碳发展之路。
To support the district's efforts in establishing a national model for distributed rooftop photovoltaic projects, achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, and creating a demonstration zone for common prosperity, Keqiao District released the "Implementation Plan for District-Wide Distributed Rooftop Photovoltaic Development Pilot" at the end of 2021. This initiative marked the city's first project of its kind. On May 23 of this year, Keqiao introduced the "Measures to Promote Large-Scale Equipment Upgrades and Old-for-New Consumer Goods Exchange", with plans to invest over 25 million yuan annually in photovoltaic projects and complete 1.5 megawatts of photovoltaic installation upgrades by 2027.
为统筹推进我区国家级屋顶分布式光伏开发试点创建工作，助力实现碳达峰碳中和与共同富裕示范区建设，早在2021年底，我区就印发了《柯桥区整区屋顶分布式光伏开发试点实施方案》，在全市范围内率先启动整区屋顶分布式光伏试点建设工作。今年5月23日，又印发《柯桥区推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新的若干措施》，计划每年完成光伏项目投资2500万元以上，到2027年完成1500千瓦的光伏装机更新改造。
Additionally, during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the district is offering subsidies for new distributed photovoltaic projects, both for non-residential and residential use, fully leveraging policy incentives to drive the development of distributed rooftop photovoltaic systems. Looking ahead, Keqiao will continue to prioritize renewable energy development, actively supporting the grid connection of these projects. The district also aims to further enhance its digital photovoltaic smart management platform, striving to establish a "Keqiao Model" for large-scale district-wide distributed rooftop photovoltaic development at both the provincial and national levels.
此外，在政策补贴方面，“十四五”期间我区还对新建非户用分布式光伏项目和户用分布式光伏项目分别给予补贴，用足用好政策“指挥棒”，有效推进屋顶分布式光伏项目建设。接下来，我区还将不断聚力可再生能源建设，积极推进屋顶分布式光伏项目并网发电，持续完善我区光伏数字化智慧管理平台建设，努力打造全省、全国整区屋顶分布式光伏规模化开发的“柯桥样板”。
