According to the Keqiao District Branch of the Shaoxing Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the design for a modern high-end hotel complex in Keqiao Future City has recently been approved and is set to be unveiled soon.
The hotel will be located on the first commercial hotel plot in Keqiao Future City Headquarters Park, bordered by Gongxiang Bay to the east, Guihuazhi Road to the south, Shadiwang Road to the west, and Chuangyi Road to the north. Spanning 8,132 square meters, the project includes a 22-story (98.2-meter) tower with a total floor area of 47,047 square meters, featuring three floors of amenities, six floors of guest rooms offering 158 suites, and two underground levels.
该项目所在地块是柯桥未来之城总部园区第一宗商务酒店地块，东至共享湾，南至规划支路，西至沙地王路，北至创意路。用地面积8132平方米，总建筑面积47047平方米，规划设计一栋22层（98.2米）酒店，酒店配套3层，客房6层，158套客房和地下二层。
Guided by principles of "green, low-carbon, and ecological" development, the design integrates sustainability into both architecture and landscaping. The project’s modern approach enhances layout and amenities, aiming to establish a new urban landmark for Keqiao Future City. It will cater to demand from nearby key attractions, including Anchang Ancient Town, Future Medical Center, as well as Keqiao Future City’s Gongxiang Bay and Headquarters Park.
根据规划，项目将秉承“绿色、低碳、生态”理念，将生态理念融入到建筑设计与景观设计中，通过现代设计手法，进一步优化布局、完善配套，着力打造柯桥未来之城全新的城市地标，更好满足安昌古镇、未来医学中心、未来之城共享湾和未来之城总部园区等人气集聚点的需求。
This western section of Keqiao Future City Headquarters Area, where the project is located, will be developed in line with Keqiao’s "1+3" industrial framework, focusing on the headquarters economy, technological innovation and R&D, and digital economy. Built to high-intensity, high-quality, and high-standard specifications, the area will form a diverse headquarters hub and emerge as a signature zone within Future City. The accelerated development of this high-end hotel complex is expected to greatly enhance the regional business environment.
