Overview and Job Summary
As an HR Coordinator, you oversee WRI China fundamental HR operations, including employee on/off boarding, payroll and benefit, as well as end to end recruitment processes management to ensure seamless talent acquisition. Also at this role, you will assist China HR leader on other HR cycle relevant work and global/ local HR projects.
Job Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits: responsible for Monthly payroll, manage employee benefits programs, engage and manage related vendors, address employees’ queries on related areas;
Employee Life-cycle Mgt: manage day-to-day HR needs in onboarding, offboarding, employee info changes, probation mgt, labor contract renewal, terminations, data filing and other HR related needs related to operations, compliance and employee life-cycle;
HR Data & Report: responsible for high-quality HR personnel data input & maintenance, regular HR reporting (recruitment report, HC report, etc.)
Talent Acquisition: responsible for full cycle recruiting process by ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, promote positive employer branding, develop diversified sourcing channels to attract potential talents, manage job websites and recruitment platforms, engage and manage relevant vendors;
Culture & Engagement: support to develop and maintain a positive and engaging working environment by continuously designing & organizing various employee engagement activities, utilizing an open-door policy and acknowledging employee problems or concerns in a timely and compassionate manner;
Supporting Employee Development: responsible for the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program, optimizing of onboarding trainings materials/processes; implement various training programs and learning activities, maintain effective training system in place;
Others: Assist in other assignments/projects as required by line manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
Three+ years of HR related full-time work experience, full functional HR role in the past is a plus.
At least a Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in speaking and written English and Chinese. English can be used as a daily working language.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrated strong work ethic
Be adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and can manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
Strong process orientation with sensitivity to quality, timelines, and organizational systems.
