半导体厂的外包工事件

李四一正在校园里听着一家半导体厂的宣讲会，宣讲的人口若悬河，讲的人心沸腾，李四一在内心生出一股高兴之情。

投影幕布上，播放着他们厂的宣传片，还有宿舍生活区的地方，看着比大学都还好，可惜看着像是动画做出来的。李四一投递出了自己的第一份简历，面试官问的问题很详细，很多问题李四一都回答不出来，只能尴尬地说，我不知道。

不过这样的情况，李四一还是进了，收到了这家公司的offer。但是让李四一奇怪的是，发offer的公司名字和来宣讲的公司不太一样，李四一问了一下HR,HR说请放心，两家公司都是一样的，由于公司的经营管理安排，很多不完善，新的厂，所以劳务关系暂时需要挂靠到另外一家公司去，李四一听到这就放心，这么大的一家公司，应该不至于不靠谱吧，往上一搜也是几千个人的大厂。

李四一毕业以后，就买了一张前往大厂所在城市的车票，来到了公司所在的城市，李四一拎着一个大行李箱，坐了一个多小时公交，来到了一个四周荒凉的地方，司机说终点站到了，李四一一看，没有什么半导体工厂啊！

李四一又开启了导航，看着还有几公里呢，李四一望着通向山上的道路，只能拉着行李箱继续往前走了，行李箱在这布满泥沙的盘山公路上滚着，沙石在行李箱后面飞扬，李四一的短袖也已经湿了一大片了，路上还有来来往往的土方车，走了大概二十分钟李四一终于看到大门了，上面写着XXXXX集成电路项目部，外面两个保安在那悠闲地抽着烟，李四一赶紧上前问保安大哥，说自己是来入职的，可保安像是听不懂话似的，说有门卡没，没门卡进不了，李四一又打电话给HR说，让他们出来接一下，HR说，好的马上过来！

李四一就这样在等着HR,等了半个小时，一个穿工服的大哥过来，领着李四一来到了工厂旁边的铁皮房，HR说这个工厂办公室还在装修中，目前我们就在这里办公，下个月办公室才能用，HR把李四一领到了他的领导那里，然后给李四一一摞文件，说是劳动合同，李四一一看，这个公司名字又不一样了，李四一问了一下HR,怎么又是第三家公司名字了，HR解释说半年转正以后就能签约到自己公司了。然后给了李四一一张员工卡，而领导给了李四一一套无尘服和安全帽，让李四一跟着同事先进fab跟一跟。李四一就这样开始了他的fab之路。

李四一每天从早到晚，在fab里面忙着，领导就像手拿鞭子的放牛娃一样，时不时地在李四一身上打几下，有时候是早上，有时候中午，有时候晚上，甚至有时候大半夜的，李四一的手机也会响起来，可还好李四一调静音，不然睡不好觉。

至于工作时间，李四一觉得和高三差不多，早上七点起床，坐公交去山脚下，再等班车进厂，错过了就得等半个小时，而下班的时间，大多数是晚上十一点多，十二点多，工作时间长得很。

至于加班费，那是没有的，李四一在毕业前还特地学了一下劳动法，可发现实际的不太一样。李四一还发现每个月发的工资和当初说的不太一样，少了很大一部分，一问，就是说实习生现在还不能报加班，等过实习期就好了。

李四一也不好意思问其他的老同事，就这样咬咬牙，努力过实习期吧。

李四一工作的第二个月，从旁边的活动板房搬到了办公楼里面，办公楼里面总是充满着一阵装修材料的异味，李四一看旁边的同事都在办公桌摆了很多绿植，说是能净化一下空气，李四一问了一下HR,着办公环境合格不？

HR说，办公室请了专业的检测机构，是合格的。李四一也没在说什么了，就当人体空气净化系统呗！

这天李四一在厂门口看到几个穿制服的人和保安在那争论呢，说是劳动执法大队的，可保安只认门卡，不让进，李四一认识其中一个没穿制服，好像是XX部门的设备佬，听他们讲应该是犯了错被公司开除了，不服，就找了劳动仲裁大队。

终于快到了李四一转正的日子，李四一等来的不是转正通知，不是和半导体厂的正式签合同的日子，而是辞退的日子，辞退的原因是胜任不了工作，落款XXX劳务公司，让李四一两天之内，卷铺盖走人，李四一的心就像一面碎了的镜子，四分五裂，可是貌似也想不出什么办法了，只能重新投简历，找找新的工作了。

李四一想找领导说理去，可领导让李四一找劳务公司去，他们公司管不了，外包归劳务公司管理的，工作的时候是同事，裁人了是外包。

李四一只好签了辞退通知书走人了，李四一走得时候在门口，还遇见了几个和他同病相怜的同事，他们相互鼓励着，这分明就是诈骗公司！

离开以后，李四一收到了一家半导体公司的面试邀请，在后续的面试中也发挥得挺好，就是在背景调查之后，被领导背刺了，说李四一是被辞退了，李四一不服，直接放出当时的录音，还好新的公司明事理，把李四一给录取了，希望李四一的半导体之路，能够走得顺利吧！
