半导体设备公司拖欠加班费事件

李四一在大学毕业以后一家半导体设备公司担任售后服务工程师一职。穿梭于个大半导体厂，进行机台装机和维护工作。李四一一个人需要对接好几个区域的fab,不是在高铁就是在fab里面。凌晨，中午饭点，晚上，都有他走向fab更衣室的身影。

李四一的家，就是他的一个行李箱，行李箱有他几件衣服，一些工具，无尘包，无尘服，还有各大fab的五颜六色的厂商门卡。

通常都是这个fab刚出来，又是另外一个fab的设备又发消息过来，让他过去。忙得不可开交。要是问为什么不多招点人，那必定是老板没钱了，再招人，就要裁员了。

李四一也是兢兢业业地在干着，干了有三年了。可最近李四一发现自己的加班费，一直都没有批，发现第二个月没发加班费，只有基本工资的时候，李四一问了一下直属领导，领导说卡在上一级领导那里了，他最近在国外出差，可能得等他回来了。

李四一纳闷，我们有国外的业务吗？领导说，有的，最近最近领导在谈合作。李四一信不过，最近如果有加班，李四一都会拍照，记录下来，包括和领导的录音之类的，以防领导后续耍心眼。

在11月中旬的时候，李四一又一次问了领导说到底什么时候能够结清加班费，领导和HR的回答都是说年终月底能够结清。李四一一看加班时长，已经有了几百个小时了，年终，能发上吗？

又是一个月快过去了，到了发工资的日子，李四一看又是一个单纯的底薪，连之前的一些小的补贴都没了，过了几天，李四一查了一下社保，还好这些有按时交。

李四一又是一个电话打过去，得到的回答还是那样熟悉，再等等，公司不会亏待你的，过年前肯定给你们发的，你们好好工作！

李四一希望过年能够发，但是今天都大年初一了，没见到加班费的影子。李四一决定叫上同事，一起去董事长家里看看。

领导把董事长家的地址发给了李四一，李四一和三个同事一起去了，董事长家位于当地的一个别墅区，小区的保安穿着西装打领带，不是五六十岁的老头子，他们轻蔑地问着你们找谁，李四一说了，我找B栋14号住户阙德，我们是他同事，保安说我打电话确认一下，保安打了电话，电话看着像是有人接的样子，保安说，你们走吧，没有叫阙德的人。

保安也拦着不让进，李四一说我们想想别的办法吧。他们在附近把车停了，绕到了小区的小门，那块，小门再踩个东西就能翻过去了，小门也有人出入，正当他们想踩着共享单车翻过去的时候，一个人从里面出来，李四一尴尬地说，我们没带钥匙，先进去了，新年好呀！

他们就这样混了进去，他们来到了阙董事长的家里，门口贴好了新的窗帘，门前还有一个很大的放完了烟花，李四一上前按了门铃，开门的是一个50多岁穿着围裙的阿姨，李四一问，请问阙德在家吗？阿姨迟疑了一会儿，说不在，李四一把门抵住，其他几个人冲了进去，董事长和家人正吃着早餐呢！

他这餐桌，比李四一出租屋的面积还大，李四一说阙总，我们的加班费到底什么时候能给？你不是国外出差，就是拖着说年底，说好年底结算的，加班费的影子都没见，别让兄弟们心寒。

董事长吃了一口包子，咀嚼了两下，用桌子上的餐布擦了一下嘴巴，说，你们吃饭了吗？要不一起吃。他让他的家人们先上楼了，几个老人，还有他的老婆孩子坐了电梯上去了。

我们来是你们家吃早餐的？赶紧给钱，不给就不走了！李四一坐了下来，其他同事也都坐了下来。

董事长说，公司真的有困难，希望你们能够理解一下，我也想早点解决这个欠薪的问题，可是真的有困难了。

有困难你还住大别墅，请保姆？赶紧给钱，不给我们就住这里了。没钱你把你的电子银行给我看看，有没有？支付宝？微信？再不行各大信用卡，借贷APP都能借的！实在不行，卖房吧！

阙董，叹了一口气，去厨房了，说我给财务打个电话。正当李四一以为要拿到工资了的时候，门外传来了门铃声，几个身穿制服的警察叔叔走了进来，你们谁报警的？

阙德说这几个工人强硬闯入我家，请警察同志帮忙把他们给请出去。

李四一站了起来，说，警察同志，我我们是来要工资的，这个是我们公司的董事长，欠了我们售后服务团队每个人6百多个小时的加班费，一直都没给。

警察转向缺德，有这事吗？

阙德点了点头，确实是，都说了会给他们，着大年初一都跑到家里来了，大过年的，而且初一忌借钱或催债，初一借钱或催债，会使自己一整年财运不佳。

看到加班费到账的那一刻，李四一心里才感到痛快，几个工友差点给警察叔叔跪下了，可警察却说，这是我们应该的，有困难，找警察，这么恶劣的拖欠工资行为，就应该狠狠整治！

在确认过部门里面十五个同事都收到了加班费之后，李四一签署了调解书，出了警局，李四一和同事找了一家打印店，送了一面锦旗给这家派出所，感谢他们在大年初一这一天，为这家半导体设备公司的售后服务部门，要回了人均600多个小时的加班费。

愿世上再无欠薪的公司～
