值班小手机在李四一的口袋里吵闹，李四一拿了起来，接通了电话，喂，是XX设备值班吗？

是的，我是李四一，有什么事吗？

你来看看，这边3号机有点问题，有红色弹窗，机台一直卡在这个界面了。李四一说，好的我马上进来。

大过年的，还要在厂里值班，李四一本来就心情不爽，食堂里的饭菜也没什么好吃的，加上接到值班电话，那叫一个心酸，没办法，谁叫自己选择了这份工呢，咬咬牙，就往前冲了吧。

可惜厂商电话也不能打，问就是没钱买服务了，只能自己修。李四一在更衣室穿好无尘服，背上工具包就往机台的位置走。

李四一看了一下，机台里面还有6片wafer呢，先把wafer退出来再说，这种情况也只能手动退片了，初始化也初始化不起来。

李四一把制造部的人也叫了进来帮忙一起退片子，他们拿了一个空的Foup记下了每片wafer的位置。

清完wafer 李四一就开始搞机台了，反正领导说了，要勇于尝试，如今没有厂商，没有第三方的帮助，也只能靠自己了。

李四一先是重启软件，接着电脑重启，又试了一下整机开关电，还是没用，李四一打算把stage甩出来看看。感觉什么都还没做，就一个多小时过去了。

李四一把stage甩了出来，想看看里面两个stage有没有哪里不对劲的，他把绑着stage的lock给锁住了，但是动弹不了，很重，李四一就打算去把气开了，可手太短，李四一只能腾出两只手去开气，可没想到气一开，两个stage就开始在那大理石平台上乱飞，哐当一声，砸中了李四一放在机台上的内六角套装，李四一赶紧把气给关了。stage上一面面镜子也砸坏了一块，李四一看着这被砸碎的镜子，内心也是有点慌，在大理石平台上还有残留的一些镜子碎片，碎片上倒影着李四一穿着无尘服无助的身影，李四一只好先把碎片用无尘布收拾，再拿着吸尘器吸一吸碎片，后面又用酒精擦拭一下周围。

至于破碎的干涉仪，李四一也无法做点什么决定。打了个电话给领导，领导的电话打了两次才打通，听声音，正在聚餐什么的呢～

李四一和领导说了这个事情，不过领导也没说什么，只是问了一句人没事吧？李四一说没事。

领导说那就先让它down着吧，过完年再说了，过年也没人了，李四一把stage又甩了回去，和制造部说这台机好不了，过完年才能好了。

制造部的人听了也是连连叫好。
