Manufacturing Technician
- 工作内容 -
This position will be responsible for water pump remanufacturing process including set-up, calibration, testing and production operation.
The successful candidate will work closely with EH&S, Production, Maintenance, and Quality team to meet PQVC goal. Primary focus is Engineering documents of water pump.
Review Capital execution and onsite support in workshop as tooling or machine performance improvement.
Conducting basic equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
Operating basic production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products. Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
Assisting as part of manufacturing team in modifying existing equipment or designing new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, as well as quality control and in-process production testing.
Providing Technical Support, Machine Integration, and Programming changes to PLC Logic Controllers, and Misc.
Investigating and engaging in creative problem solving / brainstorming / collaborative cross-functional projects to address operational issues including ergonomic/ safety, efficiency improvements, process bottlenecks, quality concerns.
Attend Engineering Change reviews Drive root cause corrective actions and implement solutions Support capacity planning and layout change initiatives Value stream mapping analysis and optimization.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing.
A good understanding of machining, fabrication, assembly and painting operations
Better with analytical and quantitative skills
Experience with AutoCAD, Power BI and MS Good written and oral communication skills with English Graduation from 985 or 211 university prefer.
