岁末交替之际，冰封四年之久的中印关系终于迎来解冻。2024年12月18日，中印边界问题特别代表第23次会晤在北京举行，这是5年来双方的首次会晤。根据两国领导人喀山会晤重要共识，本着积极和建设性态度，双方就中印边界问题进行了实质性讨论，并达成六点共识。目前种种迹象说明中印关系正在逐步回暖，走出了过去四年来的低位徘徊。这超越了双边意义，有利于地区稳定与世界和平。
