陆翔主要业务领域为公司与并购、房地产与建设工程、私募股权与投资基金、合规与风控。在公司与并购领域，陆翔参与和负责了上百件并购项目的法律尽职调查以及相关交易文件的起草和谈判。在私募股权与投资基金领域，陆翔近年来已协助客户完成超过百亿元的私募股权投资基金的募集和投资。此外，陆翔还为客户提供日常法律治理与风险管控相关的法律服务。

洪仰东乃原新加坡国际仲裁中心秘书长（1998-2004），任期7年。卸任后在上海国际律所从事国际仲裁业务13年（2004-2016），最后7年为英国其礼律所上海代表处代表。

2016年回新加坡发展，现在是葛巴尼所董事副主任。专职处理涉及中国、香港、新加坡、东南亚、南亚、中东和伦敦的国际商事仲裁案件和新加坡法院禁制令、承认与执行外国仲裁裁决、外国法院判决的申请和执行。在多起国际仲裁案件中担任仲裁代理人、仲裁员。代理客户在新仲、港仲、贸仲、伦敦海仲处理案件，为多起港仲，新仲和贸仲双语仲裁案件担任首席仲裁员，独任仲裁员或仲裁员(边)。

除了争议解决之外，也对投资移民、成立家办、信托、合资公司、董事法人职责、股东纠纷、房地产、产品责任、担保保函、知识产权、债务追偿等其他公司法务事宜提供法律咨询服务并担任多家中资企业新加坡分支机构常年法律顾问。对于公司拟香港、上海上市和并购项目提供相关新加坡公司尽职调查法律意见书等。

Admitted to practice in the Singapore Bar since 1989 after graduating from National University of Singapore (NUs) with Honors. Completed CIARB Fellowship and Award Writing Course (2006).

Founding Partner and Managing Director of Gurbani & Co LLC. Practicing primarily as a litigation and arbitration lawyer and arbitrator since 1989. Engaged mainly as Lead Counsel in civil litigation, international arbitration and occasionally as Arbitrator involving disputes in insurance, including marine insurance, cross border, commercial and personal investments infrastructure construction projects (power plants, hydroelectric dams oil rigs), shipbuilding, rig construction-sales and purchase, disputes related to carriage of goods by sea, air, road, freight forwarding, ship sales and purchase, chartering, all types of shipping casualties (sinkings, groundings/collisions, piracy, fire), personal injuries and death.

Advising on and engaged by international law firms in the cross-border enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in various jurisdictions in the ASEAN countries, India and China through a well-established network of local correspondent firms.

Adjunct practice involving advising on corporate and commercial matters involving the setting up of new business projects companies, joint ventures, acquisitions of businesses and other corporate ventures and agreements involving start-ups in Southeast Asian countries, China, and India. Engaged in the negotiation, structuring and drafting of all types of commercial agreements, including applications for business licenses. Have in the last 3 decades been working with various law firms from all over the world, including UK, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam in cross-border deals.

Andrew is a Managing Partner of Sutedja & Partners Law Firm. Andrew has been actively involved in various notable and handling various prominent cases. He specializes in corporate and commercial shipping and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Prior joining the firm, Andrew has worked for the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia for the United Kingdom, Republic of lreland and International Maritime Organization (lMO) in London. He served at four different sections at the Embassy including: Political Affairs, Trade and Investment, Education and Socio-Culture Departments, He was also personally and directly responsible in assisting the Ambassador on various matters.

In early 2011, Andrew joined the Indonesian House of Representatives ("DPR-Rl") as an expert staff to Member of Parliament of the Republic of Indonesia Commission lll: Legal Affairs and Laws, Human Rights and Security.

Inez is an Associate of Sutedja & Partners Law Firm. Inez has been involved in general corporate matters, drafting and reviewing agreement or transaction documents and legal opinions.

Prior to joining the firm, lnez was a Legal intern in Gurbani & Co LLC and was assisted in various legal administrative and research related to ongoing matter in international arbitration and maritime and insurance law. lnez had obtained other legal experiences in law firms and pro-bono institutions, such as Allen & Gledhill and The Jakarta Legal Aid Institute as the legal intern.

Xin Tian is an Associate of Gurbani & Co LLC. Xin Tian has specialized in litigation and dispute resolution through the course of her career in Malaysia and Singapore.

Xin Tian graduated from the University of London in 2018 with a 2nd Upper Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice in 2019. Xin Tian also obtained her Master of Commercial Law from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2024.

Xin Tian was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2021 and continued to practice in Malaysian Law Firm as an associate and specializes in litigation and dispute resolution since then.
