练习造句的几种小方法
在考生的英语作文中，常会出现大量的语言错误，比如主谓不一致、名词单复数不分、动词时态语态滥用等，这些错误严重影响了主题的表达。多数考生在写作上的主要欠缺其实不是写作理论和方法，而是最基本的单句写作能力。练习单句的常用方式有：
①用单句和词组造句；
②按规定的语法条件造句；
③给出主语和谓语完成句子；
④把给出的主语和谓语两部分适当搭配成句；
⑤按规定的条件扩展、缩短、改写句子，等等。
英语写作
万事开头难。要写好英语作文的开头也是如此。那么怎样写作文开头才能一下子引起读者的兴趣呢？
如何做？
大家不妨试一试以下六种方法：
1.开门见山，揭示主题。文章开头一般来说应该尽量做到开门见山，用简单明白的叙述引出文章的话题，这样便于老师阅读。如作文“How I spent my vacation”的开头是：I spent my last vacation happily.这样就直接跟主题呼应了；
2.交代人物、事情、时间或环境的开头。文章开头先把人物、事件和环境交代清楚，让人一目了然。如作文“A trip to Jinshan”的开头：The day before yesterday my class on a trip to Jinshan，it took there hours to ride there，The long trip made us very tired，but the sight of the beautiful sea refreshed us.
3.回忆性的开头。用回忆的方法来写作文开头也不失为一种好方式。如作文“A Tip to the Taishan mountan”的开头是：I remember my first trip to the Taishan mountain as if it were yesterday.
4.概括性的开头。即对文章中叙述的人或事做一个概括的介绍。如作文“The Happiness of Reading books”的开头：People often say that gold and silver are the most valuable in the world，but I say that to read books is more valuable than anything else，because books give us knowledge and knowledge gives us power.
5.介绍环境式的开头。即开头利用自然景物或自然环境引出要介绍的事物。如作文“An Accident”的开头：It was a rainy and windy morning.The sky was gloomy，the temperature was low，and the street was nearly empty.I was on my way back to school.Suddenly,a speeding car came round the corner.这种开头往往能使人对下文充满好奇心。
6.交代写作目的的开头。在文章的一开头就交代写作目的，通过文章要说明什么问题等。如作文“Pollution Control”的开头：In this article I shall draw your attention to the subject of pollution control.
