摘要: 网络流行病传播动力学研究对于公共安全关系重大、具有重要的社会意义,对于理解更一般的动力学行为也有着很重要的辅助作用。流行病爆发阈值的解析是其中的关键问题之一,吸引了各领域研究学者的广泛关注。对流行病传播爆发阈值的理论解析方法进行总结,主要介绍平均场、点对近似、主方程、边渗流、空穴理论、边划分以及谱分析这7种常用的动力学解析方法的前提假设、具体思路、步骤及其应用局限,并且梳理总结了SIS与SIR模型爆发阈值的异同。

UniversityAbstract: Epidemic spreading
dynamics on complex networks is of great social importance for public safety,
and provides reference for studying other dynamical behaviors. Predicting epidemic
threshold is one of the key issues, which has attracted a high degree of
attention and widespread concern from researchers of many different fields. In
this Review, we mainly focus on solving the threshold theoretically, and
introduce seven common methods, including Mean-Field theory, Pair-wise
Approximation, Master equation, Generating Function, Edge Percolation, Cavity
method, Edge Classification and Spectral analysis. And we also summarize the
difference of thresholds between SIS and SIR model. We are aiming to provide a
clear picture for beginners and a good reference for researchers.Keywords: complex networks;
