概述｜征稿通知
“HEOA卫生政策与经济博士生论坛”由HEOA®智库主办，旨在为国内外卫生政策与经济领域博士研究生提供科研成果展示与学科交流合作的平台，促进中国卫生政策与经济学科与国际前沿接轨，加强学科影响力。
第七届“HEOA卫生政策与经济博士生论坛”主论坛将与“华西医疗管理与政策前沿青年学者论坛”主论坛合并举办。“华西医疗管理与政策前沿青年学者论坛”是由四川大学华西医院主办，面向国内外高校、医疗机构和研究机构青年学者（含青年教师、博士后、博士、硕士研究生）的学术论坛，现已成功举办两届。
论坛拟定于2024年11月1日-3日在四川成都举办。现面向国内外各院校、科研机构相关研究领域的博士研究生征稿。
论坛概况
（1）时间：2024年11月1日-3日。11月1日（周五）报到；11月2日（周六）开会；11月3日（周日）上午，现场考察。
（2）地点：11月2日上午主论坛在四川大学华西校区西区华西临床医学院启德堂（老八教）333教室；下午分论坛在四川大学华西校区西区华西公共卫生学院志德堂（七教）108会议室。
征稿要求
（1）主题：卫生政策、卫生经济、卫生管理相关研究论文。欢迎但不限于以下主题：数智健康、价值医疗、实施科学、医疗资源配置、医疗服务价格、卫生健康政策评估等。
（2）对象：从事卫生政策与经济相关研究的博士研究生，专业不限。
（3）稿件：字数不限，中英文均可。论文内容尚未正式发表（所有入围论文将入选“第七届卫生政策与经济博士生论坛”论文集。论文集属交流资料，不对论文后续投稿发表产生版权影响）。
（4）投稿：邮件投稿。邮件以“卫生政策与经济博士生论坛投稿-单位-姓名”为标题，论文格式参考附件1（论坛投稿格式要求）。稿件正文需结构完整（包含题目、摘要、参考文献等），附上作者简介（包括姓名、专业、院所、博士年级、电话等）。收稿后，会务组将回复邮件确认。

论文入选和获奖
（1）论文入选：经专家评审后，组委会将于2024年9月30日前，从符合投稿要求的论文中评选21篇入围论文，以电子邮件方式向入选论文作者发出正式会议邀请。
（2）奖项设置：本次论坛的一、二、三等奖获奖论文将在分论坛作口头报告，并邀请专家对论文报告进行现场点评。优秀奖获奖论文作壁报展示。本论坛的奖项设置如下。
说明：论坛不安排线上参会。获奖者若无法现场参会，视为放弃奖项，奖金不予发放。
注意事项
（1）会务费用
论坛不收取会务费。获奖者本人参会，论坛提供标间合住及餐食；交通需自理。其他参会者会议期间提供简餐，住宿交通均自理。

The 7th HEOA Health Policy and Economics Doctoral Forum
Chengdu, China, November 1-3, 2024
"HEOA Doctoral Forum on Health Policy and Economics" is hosted by the HEOA® Think Tank, aiming to provide a platform for doctoral students in the fields of health policy and economics at home and abroad to showcase their research achievements and engage in academic exchange and cooperation. It is designed to promote the integration of Chinese health policy and economic disciplines with international frontiers and to enhance the academic influence.
The 7th "HEOA Doctoral Forum on Health Policy and Economics" will be co-hosted with the main forum of the "West China Forum on Frontiers of Medical Management and Policy for Young Scholars". The "West China Forum on Frontiers of Medical Management and Policy for Young Scholars" is an academic forum hosted by West China Hospital of Sichuan University, targeting young scholars (including young teachers, postdoctoral researchers, doctoral and master's students) from universities, medical institutions, and research institutions at domestic and abroad, and has been successfully held for two sessions.
The forum is scheduled to be held in Chengdu, Sichuan, from November 1 to 3, 2024. It is now calling for submissions from doctoral students in relevant research fields from universities and research institutions at domestic and abroad.
Overview of the Forum
Date: November 1-3, 2024. Registration on November 1 (Friday); the forum on November 2 (Saturday); and a field trip on the morning of November 3 (Sunday).
Location: On the morning of November 2, the main forum will be held in Classroom 333, Qide Hall (Old No. 8 Teaching Building), West Campus of West China Medical College, Sichuan University; in the afternoon, the parallel forums will be held in Meeting Room 108, Zhide Hall (No. 7 Teaching Building), West Campus of West China School of Public Health, Sichuan University.
Call for Papers Requirements
Theme: Research papers on health policy, health economics, and health management are welcomed, with a focus but not limited to the following topics: Digital Health, Value-Based Healthcare, Implementation Science, Allocation of Medical Resources, Medical Service Pricing, and Assessment of Health and Wellness Policies.
Target Participants: Doctoral candidates engaged in research related to health policy and economics, with no restrictions on their field of study.
Manuscripts: There is no word limit, and submissions in both Chinese and English are accepted. The content of the paper should not have been formally published before (all selected papers will be included in the "7th Doctoral Forum on Health Policy and Economics" proceedings. The proceedings serve as a communication material and will not affect the subsequent submission and publication of the papers in terms of copyright).
Submission: Submission via email. The email subject should be formatted as "Health Policy and Economics Doctoral Forum Submission - Institution - Name". The paper format should refer to Attachment 1 (Forum Submission Format Requirements). The main body of the manuscript must be complete in structure (including title, abstract, references, etc.), and a brief author biography should be attached (including name, major, institution, doctoral year, phone number, etc.). After receiving the manuscript, the organizing committee will reply to the email to confirm receipt.

Note: The "HEOA Doctoral Forum on Health Policy and Economics" and the "West China Forum on Frontiers of Medical Management and Policy for Young Scholars" have separate submission channels and independent awards. Do not submit the same paper to both forums. Submissions that are duplicated will not be eligible for awards. Please ensure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any issues with your submission.
Paper Selection and Awards
The selected papers: After expert review, the organizing committee will select 21 papers that meet the submission requirements before September 30, 2024, and send formal conference invitations to the authors of the selected papers via email.
Award Settings: The first, second, and third prize-winning papers of this forum will be presented orally at the sub-forums, and experts will be invited to provide on-site comments on the paper presentations. Papers that win the Excellence Award will be displayed as posters. The awards for this forum are set as follows:
Note: The forum does not arrange for online attendance. If the awardee is unable to attend the forum in person, it will be considered a waiver of the award, and the prize money will not be distributed.
Matters to Note
Conference Fees: There is no registration fee for the forum. For the awardees who attend the forum, accommodation in a standard room with shared occupancy and meals are provided; transportation is at their own expense. For other participants, light meals are provided during the conference, while accommodation and transportation are to be arranged and paid for by themselves.
