许冲,男,1982年生,九三学社社员,应急管理部国家自然灾害防治研究院研究员,地质灾害研究中心主任,复合链生自然灾害动力学应急管理部重点实验室主任,中国地震学会地震灾害链专业委员会首任主任,地质灾害机理与评价学科带头人。从事地震与降雨触发地质灾害基础理论研究与减轻地质灾害风险的应用研究。负责4项国家自然科学基金(国际合作1项目、面上2项、青年1项)、1项国防科工局专项课题、3项国家重点研发计划子课题、多次地震滑坡应急科考等项目。是应急管理中长期科技发展规划(2021-2035年)与“十四五”应急管理科技创新规划主研人员和执笔人。是“十四五”国家重大科技基础设施“中国地震科学实验场”之地震灾害链观测实验平台建设工程项目立项建议书和可行性研究报告阶段的负责人。获得四川省自然科学奖一等奖(第4),省部级科技进步奖5项(第2、3、4、6、6),一级学会科学技术一等奖1项(第4)、二等奖1项(第4)、三等奖2项(第1、3)。入选国家级青年人才、爱思唯尔(Elsevier)2020-2023“中国高被引学者”、全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单2020(World’s Top 2% Scientists 2020)与全球学者库全球顶尖前10万科学家榜单,获AOGS SE Distinguished Lecture奖(2023)、Vebleo科学家奖(2021),国际地质灾害减灾协会(ICGDR)“杰出青年科学家奖”(2019),应急管理部直属机关优秀青年干部标兵(2021年),2018年度中国地震局骨干人才,获中国地质学会“第十五届青年地质科技奖——银锤奖”(2015),第十届李善邦青年优秀地震科技论文三等奖。在滑坡识别与大数据建设、机理与规律探索、危险性与风险评价等领域取得了系统性成果。发表论文394篇(其中SCI收录244篇,EI收录62篇,核心88篇),第一/通讯作者论文242篇(其中SCI收录145篇,EI收录44篇,核心53篇),论文总被引用15000多次。获批国家发明专利和软件著作权等60余项。发布和立项8项团体标准(4项第一)。9篇SCI文章为“高被引论文”,6篇第一作者CSCD文章为“科技部领跑5000精品期刊顶尖论文”。出版英文专著和科普图书等共7本(第1、1、1、2、2、3、4)。2份成果报告被中办和国办采纳。是Springer Nature集团“npj Natural Hazards”期刊(https://www.nature.com/npjnathazards/)主编,7个期刊的副主编,24个期刊的编委。理论、方法与成果推广到国内外100多个机构,如美国地质调查局、瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院、中国科学技术大学、四川省交通运输厅、国家电网有限公司、中国南方电网有限责任公司、中国电力科学研究院、中国长江三峡集团有限公司等。
Chong Xu, male, born in 1982, is a member of the Jiusan Society and a research professor at the National Institute of Natural Hazards, Ministry of Emergency Management. He serves as the Director of the Geological Hazards Research Center, the Director of the Key Laboratory of Compound Chain Natural Disaster Dynamics under the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the inaugural Director of the Seismic Disaster Chain Committee of the Seismological Society of China. He is also a leading expert in the discipline of geological hazard mechanisms and assessment. His work focuses on the fundamental theoretical research of geological disasters triggered by earthquakes and rainfall, as well as the applied research aimed at reducing geological disaster risks. He has led four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (including one international cooperation project, two general projects, and one youth project), one special project of the China National Space Administration, three sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program, and several emergency scientific investigations of earthquake-induced landslides. He is a principal researcher and lead author of the "Medium- and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan for Emergency Management (2021-2035)" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Innovation in Emergency Management." He also led the proposal and feasibility study phase for the construction of the Earthquake Disaster Chain Observation and Experimentation Platform, a key component of the "China Seismic Experimental Field," a major national scientific infrastructure project during the 14th Five-Year Plan. Chong Xu has received numerous accolades, including the First Prize of the Sichuan Province Natural Science Award (4th place), five Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Awards (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 6th places), one First Prize (4th place), one Second Prize (4th place), and two Third Prizes (1st and 3rd places) from top-tier academic societies. He was selected as a National Young Talent, an Elsevier "Highly Cited Chinese Researcher" from 2020 to 2023, and listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2020 and the top 100,000 scientists in the global Scholar Database. He also won the AOGS SE Distinguished Lecture Award (2023), the Vebleo Scientist Award (2021), the International Consortium on Geo-disaster Reduction (ICGDR) "Outstanding Young Scientist Award" (2019), and was recognized as an Excellent Young Cadre of the Ministry of Emergency Management in 2021. In 2018, he was named a key talent of the China Earthquake Administration and received the 15th "Silver Hammer Award" for Young Geological Scientists from the Geological Society of China (2015), and the third prize in the 10th Li Shanbang Youth Outstanding Earthquake Science and Technology Paper Award. His research in landslide identification and big data construction, as well as the exploration of mechanisms and patterns, and the evaluation of hazard and risk, has yielded systematic results. He has published 394 papers (244 SCI-indexed, 62 EI-indexed, 88 core journal papers), including 242 papers as the first or corresponding author (145 SCI-indexed, 44 EI-indexed, 53 core journal papers), with over 15,000 citations. He holds over 60 national invention patents and software copyrights. He has led or participated in the formulation and approval of 8 group standards (4 as the first author). Nine of his SCI articles are "Highly Cited Papers," and six of his first-author CSCD articles are among the "Top 5,000 Leading Papers" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has authored and co-authored seven English monographs and popular science books (as the first author for 3, and co-author for the others). Two of his research reports were adopted by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council. He is the Editor-in-Chief of "npj Natural Hazards" under Springer Nature (https://www.nature.com/npjnathazards/), Deputy Editor-in-Chief of seven journals, and a board member of 24 journals. 姚琪,1981年生,中国地震局地震预测研究所副研究员,中国地震学会地震数值预测专业委员会秘书,中国地震学会地震灾害链专业委员会委员。主要从事活动构造三维建模及数值模拟研究,包括发震构造机理研究、地震数值预测方法探索、三维地质建模和数值建模、地震灾害安全性评估。负责国家自然科学基金等项目多项,发表多篇SCI论文,并获得国家发明专利授权多项。
Qi Yao, born in 1981, Associate Researcher of the Institute of Earthquake Forecasting, China Earthquake Administration (CEA), Secretary of the Committee on Numerical Earthquake Forecasting of China Seismological Society (CES), and member of the Committee on Earthquake Disaster Chain of China Seismological Society (CES). She is mainly engaged in three-dimensional modeling and numerical simulation of active tectonics, including research on seismogenic tectonic mechanisms, numerical earthquake forecasting, three-dimensional geological modeling and numerical modeling, and seismic hazard assessment. She is in charge of multiple projects such as the National Natural Science Fund, and the key R&D special topics of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and has published several papers and obtained several national invention patents.
何祥丽,女,1991年生,博士,硕士生导师,应急管理部国家自然灾害防治研究院副研究员,中国地震学会地震灾害链专业委员会秘书长。主要从事地质灾害及活动构造的研究,包括地震与降雨触发地质灾害基础理论研究与减轻地质灾害风险的应用研究以及断裂机制及地震作用研究。负责国家自然科学青年基金、国家自然灾害防治研究院科研业务专项等3项,参与国家级项目或课题5项,省部级等其他项目10多项。曾参加应急管理科技规划和制度相关研究报告的编写,参加编制国外自然灾害风险信息报告,国内4级以上地震滑坡风险评估应急支撑工作。目前共发表论文40多篇,其中第一作者或唯一通讯论文17篇(其中SCI收录9篇,核心3篇)。获得软件著作权1项,第二发明人获得发明专利1项。3次获得期刊优秀论文奖或优秀作者奖,获得一级学会科学技术三等奖1项(第7完成人)。
Xiangli He, female, born in 1991, PhD, master's supervisor, associate researcher of the National Institute of Natural Hazards, Ministry of Emergency Management, and secretary-general of the Earthquake Disaster Chain Committee of the China Seismological Society. Her work focuses on the research of geological hazards and active tectonics, including basic theoretical research on geological hazards triggered by earthquakes and rainfall, applied research on reducing geological hazard risks, and research on fault mechanisms and earthquake effects. She was responsible for 3 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in 5 national projects or topics, and more than 10 other projects. Additionally, she participated in the preparation of research reports related to emergency management science and technology planning and systems, natural disaster risk information reports, and emergency support for landslide risk assessment of earthquakes. At present, she has published more than 40 papers, including 17 papers as first or only correspondence author (9 SCI-indexed, 3 core journal papers), and has obtained 1 software copyright and 1 invention patent as the second inventor. She won the journal's Outstanding Paper Award or Outstanding Author Award 3 times, and won the third prize of science and technology of the first-level society (the 7th completer).
齐文文,女,1987年生,博士,硕士生导师,应急管理部国家自然灾害防治研究院副研究员,中国地震学会地震灾害链专业委员会委员,中国岩石力学与工程学会科普工作委员会委员(2023-2027),“青创北京”2023年“挑战杯”首都大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛评委等。主要从事地质灾害和空间技术减灾应用研究工作。负责国家自然科学青年基金、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然灾害防治研究院科研业务专项项目3项,参与国家级项目或课题4项,省部级及成果转化项目12项。目前共发表论文21篇,其中第一作者论文7篇,第一发明人授权发明专利2项,发明专利受理申请9项,登记软件著作权9项。获得一级学会科学技术三等奖1项(第6完成人)。
Wenwen Qi is an Associate Researcher of Geological Hazards, with specific interests in remote sensing and natural hazards assessment. Wenwen Qi got her PhD degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, she is working in the National Institute of Natural Hazards, Ministry of Emergency Management in China. She mostly focuses on landslide detection and landslide monitoring. She is interested in researching technical approach to solve these problems based on multi-source remote sensing technologies. She has led recent projects on landslide detection using Deep Learning technology (funded by National Institute of Natural Hazards) and on landslide hazards assessment triggered by earthquake (funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Science and Technology of China). She has more than 30 publications, including research articles, patents and computer software.
