不明朗时期时管理团队的首要原则

很多人问我如何更好地管理团队,所以我在这里分享一些这些年来对我有帮助的原则。

  1. 要保持极度透明
  2. 认识到改变是很难的
  3. 设计是一个循环往复的过程,在不满意的“现在”与美好的“未来”之间有一个“不断努力”的阶段
  4. 记住,在歧义中挣扎是正常的,歧义是生活中的一大现实,所以我们应在别人的帮助下寻求平静。
  5. 了解员工及其工作的动力,因为人是你最重要的资源。
  6. 继续推进之前要回顾计划执行情况。
  7. 不要把某人所处环境的优劣与其应对方法的优劣混为一谈。


Many of you have asked how to better manage teams so I'm sharing a list of principles that have helped me over the years.

  1. Be radically transparent.
  2. Recognize that change is difficult.
  3. Recognize that design is an iterative process. Between a bad "now" and a good "then" is a "working through it" period.
  4. Remember that struggling with ambiguity is normal and that ambiguity is a big reality of life, so seek equanimity with the help of others.
  5. Know what your people are like and what makes them tick because your people are your most important resource
  6. Put things in perspective by going back before going forward.
  7. Don't confuse the quality of someone's circumstances with the quality of their approach to dealing with the circumstances.
