法国里昂：

一座传统城市的成功转型
内容摘要
四个多世纪以来，里昂一直是法国的丝绸之都。但自19世纪以来，里昂的丝绸业逐渐衰落。尽管二战结束后，法国丝绸业略有起色，但却受到合成纤维等新型材料以及来自中国和日本的同类产品的冲击。自 2000 年以来，里昂依靠城市创新和行业技术的革新，开始了艰难的探索。这是一项旨在自我超越的、具有结构宏伟的城市战略。为了重新打造一个强大而富有生命力的丝绸之城的形象，各方经济参与者和里昂市政府联动起来，依靠里昂和中国之间的紧密链接，形成了一个具有完整体系的规划。该规划主要包含三大要素：1. 重新明确丝绸在里昂的遗产地位；2.推进艺术工艺产业化发展；3.基于中国与里昂之间的文化联结，讲好丝绸故事，促进城市参与者的合作。
Abstract
For more than 4th century Lyon is the French city of the Silk. But since the 19th the Silk industry of Lyon decline, luxurious but competed by the synthetic fibers and the foreign productions after the World War II. The revival since the 2000s is a very structured city strategy thanks to the creativity and the technological innovation. To win back a powerful and creative silk city image, several economic players and the Metropolis of Lyon mobilized the soft power of storytelling, heritage, networks and creativity and planned a very completed action plan. The proposal contains three main elements: 1. the city actors’ cooperation 2. The storytelling of the city 3. The close ties between culture creative industries, heritage, business and communication strategies.
主讲人介绍
弗朗索瓦丝·巴琪安瑟琪 (Françoise Paquienséguy) ，国际媒介与传播研究学会（the International Association for Media and Communication Research, 简称IAMCR）2023法国里昂组委会（LOC）主席，法国里昂高等政治学院（Sciences Po Lyon）传播学教授，法国ELICO实验室主任。
