1. Allocating redundancy, maintenance and spare parts for minimizing system cost under decentralized repairs
摘要:
可靠性-冗余度分配、预防性维护和备件管理是确保系统可靠性和可用度的三种主要方法。现有的优化模型通常专注于系统生命周期的某一特定范围内。本文提出了一种集冗余度-维护策略-备件库存的联合决策模型,可同时优化组件冗余度、更换时间、备件库存和维修资源。在满足可靠性和可用度的指标下,最大限度地降低系统的全寿命成本,包括设计、制造和运行阶段。为此,我们根据十个性能驱动因素,推导出一个综合性系统可用度模型,作为建立全寿命的资源分配和优化的基础。同时我们采用泊松叠加更新理论来计算预防更换和失效更换所需的备件数目。通过邻域搜索及分段算法来求解这一复杂的混合整数非线性优化问题,所获得的结果进一步和遗传算法等进行比较。大量的数值实验表明,如果出现以下情况之一,组件冗余度是首选也是必要的策略: (1)可用度要求极高的系统;(2)机队规模较小;(3)系统或组件可靠性不成熟;(4)备件库存持有成本过高;(5)组件更换时间较长。本文所提的联合决策模型还表明,备件库存量与系统可用度之间不一定存在单调的函数关系。

4. How to auction carbon emission allowances? A dynamic simulation analysis of spatiotemporal heterogeneity
碳排放配额该如何拍卖?一个面向时空异质性的动态仿真分析
摘要:
中国各省市当前面临着差异显著的碳减排需求,这使得实施省市级碳排放配额拍卖调控机制的必要性逐渐凸显。相对于免费碳排放分配机制,碳排放配额拍卖机制具有更符合 “谁污染谁付费 ”责任归属原则的优势。为了探索碳排放配额拍卖机制在各省市的最佳引入时机和政策实施强度,本研究针对宁夏、北京和浙江等省市的特征数据,结合时空异质情景分析和系统动力分析构建集成仿真模型,研究碳排放配额拍卖机制导入的碳排放交易与绿色证书交易集成市场效应。仿真分析发现:(1) 各省市碳排放配额拍卖的最佳导入时点各不相同,建议北京立即实施,宁夏和浙江随后实施;(2)实施碳排放配额拍卖机制有助于宁夏2040年碳排放量减少21.59%的同时GDP增长6.20%,显示了碳排放配额拍卖机制协调宁夏环境目标和经济目标的有效性;(3)碳排放配额总量和可再生能源配额的敏感性扰动对碳排放配额拍卖最佳策略选择有显著影响,对碳排放配额拍卖价格则影响甚微。

10. Understanding the influencing factors and evolving trends of the Yellow River Water-Sediment Regulation System from a system perspective
从系统角度了解黄河水沙调节系统的影响因素和演变趋势
摘要:
了解水沙调节系统(WSRS)的影响因素和演变趋势对于黄河的保护和管理至关重要。以往关于水沙调节系统的研究关注点有限,没有全面涉及流域的完整工程控制系统。本研究从整体角度出发,将黄河泥沙治理视为一个动态的、不断发展的复杂系统。它将系统科学、信息论和耗散结构的概念与泥沙工程控制的实际工作相结合。本研究的主要结论如下:1990 年至 2019 年,黄河泥沙调节指数(YSRI)平均为 55.99,1990 年最低为 50.26,2019 年最高为 61.48;结果表明,黄河泥沙调节系统活性降低,但又有所波动,逐渐接近耗散结构的临界阈值。
