Transitioning to a low-carbon transportation system is vital for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, fostering sustainable economic growth, and mitigating climate change. These efforts are crucial for both advancing low-carbon transportation and supporting broader carbon neutrality goals.
This special issue invites contributions that explore the economic, technical, environmental, and social dimensions of low-carbon transportation in the pursuit of carbon neutrality. We welcome papers demonstrating recent innovations and methodological advancements in technical, business, and social aspects, aiming to provide innovative ideas and strategies for achieving global carbon neutrality goals and offering scientific support for policy development and implementation.
