Go bananas的意思是精神错乱，发疯，发狂或者是非常酷爱、喜欢。据说这个词的起源是go ape（发疯，发狂），ape（类人猿），这就很容易让人将猿类与香蕉之间产生联想，猴子、猿、猩猩非常酷爱香蕉，看到香蕉高兴的好像要发狂的样子。由此就很好理解go bananas的实际意思了。1. 这个是最直接的表达，表示变得疯狂。

go nuts
这个表达和go crazy意思相近，但语气更口语化。
