Introduction
The Second "Brain Aging: Glia and Neurodegeneration" Conference & International Brain Initiative Shanghai Meeting organized by Tongji University School of Medicine will be hold in Shanghai from November 11th to 12th, 2024. This conference will be focused on Brain aging, Glia and Neurodegeneration, the research area where we all are facing global challenges of an aging society. We have invited more than 50 distinguished scientists from China, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Cameroon, United States, United Kingdom and etc. to engage in meaningful discussions, share their research findings, and foster the exchange of valuable scientific knowledge. We are aiming to bring together scientists from basic, clinical research in different disciplinary areas; train the new generation of young scientists; and have continuous efforts each year to bring people together for discussion and finding possible strategy and solutions for the challenges we all face today and tomorrow.
