基于地产与设计行业最受关注的行业独立评价标准之一「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」，地建师已连续多年表彰为建筑、景观、室内、照明设计做出杰出贡献的地产建筑师、建筑师/设计师们。“2020-2021年度地建师优秀人物”证书即将于2021年9月10日授发。

CREDAWARD, as one of the most concerned independent evaluation standards in the real estate and design industry, has commended real estate architects and architects/designers who have made outstanding contributions to architectural, landscape, interior and lighting design for many years. The certificate of '2020-2021 DJSER Annual Outstanding Person' will be issued on September 10, 2021.

疫情的巨大冲击下，空间、自然与人三者间的关系被重新定义，如何将三者间的关系达到平衡成为了设计师们在当下要共同面对的新课题。如果说创新、生态、人文是武汉的未来，那么作为整个建筑的灯光设计团队，灯光设计毫无疑问的承载着同样的功能与使命，用灯光创造一种面向未来的张力，将建筑赋予能够与环境持续对话的通感体验，作为传达情感的媒介，与这座城市共同成长。
