灯光设计起始于2016年，涵盖项目全部范围的光环境设计，包含建筑灯光、景观灯光和室内灯光。建筑灯光外立面灯光采用了大面积新媒体灯光设计，将艺术与科技完美结合，并在设计阶段进行了大量灯光与建筑材料的综合实验，业主团队为此特别制作了试验样版模型，灯光团队和业主建筑师于现场反复试验测评，最终确定了最佳灯光实施方案。

China Overseas Beijing Jin'an Fortune Center is an urban renewal project with office buildings, shopping malls, and luxury residence . The entire façade of the project is the shape of a door, and the Shijingshan District Government has positioned the project as the "West Gate of the Capital", which has become a landmark in Shijingshan District and is also the highest standard office building in western Beijing. The total construction area of the project is 230,000 square meters, including 3 international Grade A office buildings, 4-storey modern commercial shopping center and subway mouth sunken city square, which is a TOD international commercial complex integrating business, transportation transfer, shopping, culture and leisure. The project is LEED PLATINUM certified.Lighting design started from 2016 and finished in 2021.
