祝贺IDDI 作品  China Overseas Beijing Jingshanfu Residence Lighting Design北京中海寰宇天下景山府灯光设计，斩获2023美国TITAN PROPERTY AWARDS 地产设计白金大奖。

The TITAN Property Awards program recognizes, celebrates, and honors the highest levels of achievement in property development, interior design, architecture, landscape design, and marketing, focusing on ergonomics, innovativeness, living standards, originality, and sustainability.

This award is open to property developers, interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, advertisers, landscape designers, marketers, and individual service providers, from residential to commercial and local to international, who aim to improve our daily lives, implement sustainability, and preserve the environment.

Jingshanfu residence project creates a Chinese living experience for customers, reproduces the imagination of beautiful architecture in ancient Chinese poems, and creates a "poetic habitation" belonging to contemporary Chinese people. The lighting design strongly interacts with architecture, interior, landscape and other professional design, deeply integrates and forms a chemical reaction, creating a Chinese poetic light environment, focusing on the interaction between people and the environment at night, emphasizing people’s feeling in the space, and using lighting to meet the psychological and emotional needs of people living in it.

The architecture inherits the characteristics of traditional Chinese architecture that lighting design artistically refines the Chinese cultural element and follows the concept of “empty space” in architectural design, illuminating the lines of the façade and lighting up the building by using the interior light . The lighting design of the building's pedestal comprehensively adopts wall flooding, interior lighting, direct light source, back light source and spatial illumination, etc.

The lighting of the plaza in front of the courtyard creates the ambient lighting with a weak wall washing effect, illuminates the multi-layered eaves with multi-layered lighting, and highlights the project logo"Jingshanfu" as the visual focal point on the traditional-shaped plaque with subtle backlight, using lighting to match the material and form, conveying a sense of etiquette and dignity, and guiding the emotion of the residents at the starting point of their return home. The sunk panel in the entrance lobby is lighted up in a clever way, combining modern technology with classical art.It expresses the etiquette and dignity.

景山府项目为客户营造中式居住体验，复刻中国古诗词中对美好建筑的想象，打造属于当代中国人的“诗意的栖居”。灯光设计与建筑、室内、景观等专业强烈互动、深度融合并形成化学反应,营造中式诗意的光环境，关注夜晚人与环境的互动，强调人作为空间的主体，用灯光满足人居于其中的心理与情感需求。

建筑传承中国传统建筑的特质，以三段式逻辑设计高层住宅立面：檐部、楼身、基座，简约内敛、浪漫精致，灯光设计遵循建筑理念，在这三个部位采用与建筑设计手法统一的理念，提炼并升华构成要素，用光影营造立面形象层次分明的线条感，光环境分别予以城市、街道、近人尺度级别的呼应。灯光设计艺术化地提炼中式韵味，遵循建筑立面中式设计留白的理念，照亮建筑立面线条和设计建筑内透光。建筑的基座的灯光设计，综合性地采用墙面泛光、室内透光、直接光源、背透光源、空间照明等手段，在精雕细琢的基座形象中以光为媒介，进一步地精细刻画近人尺度的光影细节。

院前广场的灯光以弱洗墙效果创造环境灯光基调，以多层照明点亮多层挑檐，以微妙的背透光在传统形制的匾额上凸显“景山府”三个字作视觉焦点，用灯光匹配材料与形式，传达礼仪感与尊贵感，引导住户归家起点的高昂情绪。入户大堂的天花藻井，灯光设计用巧妙的方式将其点亮，现代科技与古典艺术结合，表达了礼仪与尊贵。本项目创新定制化设计主题壁灯——景山鎏錾。外观造型延续中式特质，与建筑形象浑然一体。以景山府项目LOGO为核心图案，传承古典鎏金工艺，古为今用的工艺呈现体现出精益求精的匠人巧思，让壁灯在日间是可供欣赏的主体，在夜间摇身一变，成为光的容器。
