祝贺IDDI 作品Changsha One Heart River New288 Lighting Design 长沙印江雅居NEW 288灯光设计，斩获2023美国TITAN PROPERTY AWARDS地产设计金奖。

The TITAN Property Awards program recognizes, celebrates, and honors the highest levels of achievement in property development, interior design, architecture, landscape design, and marketing, focusing on ergonomics, innovativeness, living standards, originality, and sustainability.

This award is open to property developers, interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, advertisers, landscape designers, marketers, and individual service providers, from residential to commercial and local to international, who aim to improve our daily lives, implement sustainability, and preserve the environment.

The project includes the lighting design of architecture, landscape and interior environment, the lighting concept is "Pure and art, from human and nature to space empathy". The lighting design aims to explore the most comfortable and harmonious way of living between space and people.

The design of the project space at the entrance of the scenic wall walkway, separated but constantly and strongly expresses the relationship and guidance between architecture and landscape in the space. The lighting design of the empty space with visual beauty and rhythm, the track lights on the ceiling, both malleable and hidden, weaves the artistic tone of the whole space with the softness of "invisible", creating a focused visual effect of light and dark levels. The romantic and mysterious lighting design gradually pushes the plot into the climax. Walking on the arc-shaped scenic wall, the interactive lighting design, the lights come on and go off when pedestrians pass by, creating a full sense of technology and future for the space at night.The lighting design of soft film smallpox is used as the main light above the interior of the entrance lobby, so that the pure and quality mirrored waterscape creates the atmosphere of hotel-style lobby entrance, and the minimal light environment creates an "immersive" and new luxury homecoming experience. 

项目包含了建筑、景观和室内的整体环境的灯光设计，灯光概念为“亦纯粹，亦艺术，从人与自然到空间共情”。灯光设计旨在从空间与人的对话中，探寻一种与当下最为舒适而融洽的生活方式。

项目空间入口处景墙步道的设计，隔而不断，强烈的表达着空间中建筑与景观的分割关系与引导性。极具视觉美感与节奏感的架空层灯光设计，其天花上的轨道灯，兼具可塑性和隐蔽性，用“看不见”的柔软，编织着整个空间的艺术调性，营造出明暗层次的聚焦视觉效果。草地的景观空间运用留白的处理手法，在自然之中认知世界，步移景异，浪漫而神秘的灯光设计，逐渐将剧情推入高潮，漫步于弧形景墙，交互式灯光设计，行人经过，灯光亮起，继而熄灭，此起彼伏，为夜晚的空间营造了十足的科技感与未来感。入户大堂室内上方使用软膜天花的灯光造型设计作为主灯，使纯粹而富有品质感的镜面水景打造出酒店式大堂入口的氛围，极简的光环境营造出“沉浸式”的、全新奢华归家体验。

整体项目的灯光设计采用统一的3000K暖色调，强调展示空间的纯粹与现代气质，赋予空间生活场域感与趣味活力。动静结合的灯光设计，兼具丰富艺术表现力的同时，控制空间光环境的氛围节奏。人赋予空间以温度，空间还予人记忆和牵挂，而光的设计，则赠予两者之间一个“存在的立足点”，行入其中，感知空间与艺术品位的共鸣。
