Title：Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity Climate Change Impacts on Adolescent Health

The successful candidate will work with, and directly report to, Dr. Gina Martin at Athabasca University. Dr. Matin will provide adequate training for all the work that will be required.
A strength of the proposed work is the leveraging of multiple data systems that are ongoing and sustained. The primary role of the fellow will be statistical analysis and authorship of academic papers.
There may be opportunities to work on other projects as part of the principal investigator’s research team.
Completed a doctoral degree within the last five years or is expected to complete shortly in a Relevant discipline (e.g., geography, epidemiology, public health);
Strong understanding of health geography and/or adolescent health;
Ability to work independently and as part of a research team;
Experience analyzing heath survey data using statistical software (e.g., STATA, R);
Experience with Geographic Information Systems is considered an asset; and excellent research and writing skills.
This position will be a one-year research fellowship at a rate of $70,000 annually.
