跨校企联合：恭贺 FRLC「涉外法律圈」“一带一路”公共法律研究志愿者项目圆满成功

近日，FRLC「涉外法律圈」发布了《招募协作小组志愿者公告》，这一号召得到了近百位优秀志愿者简历的投递。其中来自北京大学、复旦大学、中国政法大学、华东政法大学、华北理工大学、西北政法大学、青海师范大学等知名高校的本科生、研究生以及来自Lisa's Law Solicitors、上海金仕维律师事务所律师、Lotus Group、上海锦天城（青岛）律师事务所、北京盈科（昆明）律师事务所、北京市京师（上海）律师事务所等多家单位的律师以及法务朋友们的积极响应。特别是在“一带一路”国家公共法律服务研究项目中，志愿者团队展现出了卓越的专业素养与合作精神，令人印象深刻。本期通过对🇮🇷伊朗、🇰🇿哈萨克斯坦、🇵🇰巴基斯坦、🇧🇾白俄罗斯、🇺🇿乌兹别克斯坦、🇻🇳越南、🇸🇬新加坡、🇹🇷土耳其、🇪🇬埃及等多个国家的公共法律服务制度进行深入研究和系统梳理，为不同主体间将来可能的国际法律合作提供了有力支持。

在本次“一带一路”公共法律服务研究志愿者项目中，本人组织志愿者团队对目标国家展开深入研究，搭建整体研究框架，并制定了统一的检索标准和研究方法，规范了研究文本格式。同时全程跟进，推动研究进度，协调课题研究院与志愿者的沟通合作。在志愿者的积极配合下，成功完成了15个国家的初步研究检索报告，为项目的检索阶段奠定了初步基础。

本次项目意义重大，将 “一带一路”倡议作为高质量的全球治理平台进行建设，结合公共产品供给的国际成功经验，有助于我国更好地参与全球治理体系改革和建设，从主要为既有国际规则的采纳者和追随者，逐步成长为创新型规则的共同制定者和重塑推动者。

This has been a very meaningful activity for me, as I gained a preliminary understanding of Egypt's legal system, rule of law development, and legal services. Egypt is a crucial node in the Maritime Silk Road, characterized by a large labor force, abundant natural resources, and relatively well-developed infrastructure compared to its neighboring countries. It has a solid foundation for cooperation with China, presenting significant development potential. As a civil law country influenced by certain aspects of Islamic law, Egypt has seen rapid advancements in legislation and the judiciary over the past thirty years, although there is still considerable room for improvement in public legal services.

Through the research project on public legal services in Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries, volunteers have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and collaborative spirit, completing a significant international legal research endeavor. Their efforts not only yielded substantial results for the project itself but also laid a solid foundation for future developments in the related field.
