2024年10月30日,由出蓝食品学会和英语快车道联合举办的秋日茶话会在食品楼135教室如期而至。此次活动旨在通过一系列精心策划的传统文化体验与美食制作活动,让参与者们深入体验中国传统文化与秋日的独特韵味,引领大家走进一个充满中国风味的秋日世界。

出蓝食品学会活动部分
活动伊始,出蓝食品学会的成员们便忙碌起来,他们耐心地向参与者生们讲解了白茶的历史与文化意义,展示了传统美食的制作步骤和技巧,从选材到蒸制,每一个环节都充满了对传统工艺的尊重与传承。他们还精心准备了秋茶酪、白茶雪梨糕和琉璃果子等传统美食。
01秋茶酪制作
首先将茶叶煮沸,放入冰糖煮至融化待温度稍低后加入牛奶。随后在准备好的模具中放入白凉粉,倒入煮好的奶茶后充分搅拌至完全融化,静置等待成型。成型后再将捣碎的山核桃、桂花等装饰物均匀撒在茶酪表面就可以啦!秋茶酪以其白茶的清香与牛奶的丝滑完美结合,赢得了大家的连连称赞。

02白茶雪梨膏制作
我们一开始先将两个雪梨洗净擦干,去皮并留皮,同时待茶壶中水开,放入梨皮、适量白茶、红枣片与冰糖,耐心等待雪梨白茶煮熟,放凉。接着把梨肉切块,趁新鲜放入破壁机中,随后倒入放凉的雪梨白茶200毫升,榨成汁后,过滤一遍,滤出梨汁。然后将梨汁煮熟,缓缓加入白凉粉,边加边快速搅匀,后迅速用滤网过滤,除去浮沫。最后倒入模具,等待脱模后淋上蜂蜜就完成啦!白茶雪梨糕以其润泽的雪梨、甜美的蜂蜜和醇厚的白茶,在所有人的味蕾间绽放。
03琉璃果子制作
开始动手前预先先在杯子中铺好保鲜膜,而后将糯米小圆子煮熟,捞出放入保鲜膜中备用。再把纯净水倒入并锅中加入少许白糖和蝶豆花,直到煮出适当蓝颜色及时捞出蝶豆花。等到煮沸腾,就倒入白凉粉搅拌使其完全融化,略微放凉后倒入保鲜膜中。最终将保鲜膜收口扎紧,悬挂状态放入冰箱冷藏,待其成形便完成制作。琉璃果子以其玲珑剔透的外观和甜蜜的味觉享受,为活动增添了一抹亮色。
英语快车道活动部分
与此同时,英语快车道团队则通过一系列富有创意的文化体验活动,让参与者们在轻松愉快的氛围中了解了中国的传统艺术和节气知识。
01柿子拓印
柿子拓印活动中,参与者们亲手创作了拓印了“柿子”的帆布袋,橙黄圆润的柿子填满空白的帆布袋时,真像秋收压弯枝头的红柿,大家收获自由创作的帆布袋的同时,也感受到了中国传统艺术的独特魅力。
02桂花黏土
桂花黏土活动中,英语快车道的成员带着大家用黏土制作各种形状的桂花,揉、捏、搓、压,简单的步骤之后,小小的桂花就在指尖绽放,也是一次陶艺“平替”。
03柿子折纸
柿子在中国文化中象征着丰收、吉祥和幸福,其圆润的果实和鲜艳的色泽寓意着圆满和美好。大家在体验这些艺术形式的同时,也加深了对中国文化的理解与欣赏。
互动交流环节
社团成员和国际生们一起交流对于中国传统文化的认识和看法,增进彼此的友谊和文化交流。
活动总结
随着夕阳的余晖渐渐隐去,秋日茶话会也缓缓落下了帷幕。此次活动除报名参与人员外,还特邀了部分国际生一同共赏中国文化之秋韵。活动现场气氛热烈,国际生们通过亲身体验和交流,对中国传统文化有了更深刻的认识,此次秋日茶话会让他们在品尝地道的中国美食、感受中国传统艺术形式的同时,感受中国文化的博大精深与秋日的无尽魅力。展望未来,两个社团都将继续致力于推广中国传统文化,举办更多形式多样、内容丰富的文化交流活动,让更多人有机会深入感受中国文化的独特魅力。
‘Autumn Flavors
International Food Gathering’
On October 30, 2024, the autumn tea party jointly organized by the Blue Food Society and the English Express arrived as scheduled in Room 135 of the Food Building. The purpose of this event is to provide participants with a series of carefully planned traditional cultural experiences and food preparation activities, allowing them to deeply experience the unique charm of Chinese traditional culture and autumn, leading everyone into a world full of Chinese flavor in autumn.

At the beginning of the event, members of the Blue Food Society became busy. They patiently explained the history and cultural significance of white tea to the participants, showcasing the steps and techniques of traditional cuisine. From selecting ingredients to steaming, every step was filled with respect and inheritance of traditional craftsmanship. They also elaborately prepared traditional food such as autumn tea cheese, white tea snow pear cake and glazed fruit.
01.Autumn Tea Curd
First of all, boil the tea leaves and add rock sugar until they melt. After the temperature drops slightly, add milk. Then, add white jelly into the prepared mold, pour in the boiled milk tea, stir well until completely melted, and let it sit for it to take shape. After molding, sprinkle crushed walnuts, osmanthus and other decorative items evenly on the surface of the tea curd! The Autumn Tea Curd has won continuous praise for its perfect combination of the fragrance of white tea and the smoothness of milk.

02.White Tea Snow Pear Cake
To begin with, wash and dry the two snow pear pears, remove the skin and leave the skin to be boiled in the teapot. Add the pear skin, some white tea, red jujube slices and rock sugar, boil the snow pear white tea, and cool it. Cut the pear meat into pieces, put it into the wall breaker, pour 200 ml of cooled snow pear white tea, squeeze it into juice, filter it once, and filter out the pear juice. Then cook the pear juice and add 25 grams of white jelly. Stir quickly and filter through a strainer to remove any foam. Finally, pour into the mold and wait for demolding before pouring honey on top. White tea snow pear cake blooms among everyone's taste buds with its moist snow pear, sweet honey and mellow white tea.
03Glass Fruit
Firstly, spread the preservative film in the cup, then boil the glutinous rice buns, remove them and put them into the preservative film for use. Pour the purified water into the pot, add a little white sugar and butterfly tofu pudding, boil them out with appropriate blue color, remove butterfly tofu pudding in time, and boil them to boiling point. Then pour in the white jelly and stir until completely melted, let it cool slightly, and pour it into the plastic wrap. Finally, wrap the cling film tightly and place it in a hanging state in the refrigerator for refrigeration. Glass fruit adds a touch of brightness to the event with its exquisite and transparent appearance and sweet taste enjoyment.

At the same time, the English Fast Track team provided a series of creative cultural experience activities, allowing participants to learn about traditional Chinese art and seasonal knowledge in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
01.Persimmon Rubbing
In the persimmon printing activity, participants personally created canvas bags with "persimmons" printed on them. When the orange and round persimmons filled the blank canvas bags, they looked like red persimmons bending on the branches during autumn harvest. While everyone harvested the freely created canvas bags, they also felt the unique charm of traditional Chinese art.
02.Osmanthus Clay
In the Osmanthus Clay Activity, members of the English Fast Track led everyone to make various shapes of osmanthus using clay, kneading, pinching, and pressing. After simple steps, the small osmanthus bloomed at the fingertips, which was also a ceramic "leveling off". In the persimmon origami activity, participants learned how to fold various persimmon shaped paper art pieces, gaining a more intuitive understanding of Chinese origami art.

Persimmons symbolize harvest, auspiciousness, and happiness in Chinese culture, with their round fruit and bright color symbolizing completeness and beauty.
Interaction and Communication
Club members and international students exchange their thoughts and views on traditional Chinese culture together to enhance mutual friendship and cultural exchange.
Event Conclusion
As the afterglow of the sunset gradually faded away, the autumn tea party slowly came to an end. In addition to the registered participants, this event also invited some international students to enjoy the autumn charm of Chinese culture together. The atmosphere at the event was lively, and international students gained a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese culture through personal experience and communication. This autumn tea party allowed them to taste authentic Chinese cuisine, experience traditional Chinese art forms, and feel the profoundness of Chinese culture and the endless charm of autumn. Looking ahead to the future, both clubs will continue to promote traditional Chinese culture, organize more diverse and rich cultural exchange activities, and give more people the opportunity to deeply experience the unique charm of Chinese culture.
