Content
结合亲身体验，以影像、文字的形式分享关于江苏经济社会发展、乡村振兴、科技创新、传统文化等方面的见闻与感悟，讲述生动鲜活的中国故事，展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。
Participants are encouraged to share their observations and insights on Jiangsu's economic and social development, rural revitalization, technological innovation, traditional culture, and other aspects through images and words based on their personal experiences and tell vivid and lively stories about China, showcasing a credible, lovely, and admirable image of China.
征稿要求
Requirements
1. 短视频时长 1-3 分钟，分辨率不低于 1080p，格式为 mp4， 配中文字幕，画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或 logo 等元素， 可采用多种拍摄手段，故事短片、纪录短片、采访片段等均可。
The short video should be 1-3 minutes in length, with a resolution of no less than 1080p, in mp4 format, and include Chinese subtitles. The imagery should be clean and free of corner marks, channel logos, watermarks, or other elements. A variety of filming methods can be used, including short stories, documentaries, and interviews.
2. 摄影作品只限彩色，电子文件须为 JPG 格式，以组照为佳，作品单幅大小 5M 以上，分辨率 300dpi 以上，组照的图片数量应在4至6幅之间。参赛作品不得做合成、添加、改变色调等大幅度技术处理，不得加边框、水印、签名等修饰。
Photographic works must be in color only and submitted in JPG format. Submission of a set of photos (4-6 photos) is preferred. The size of a single photo should be over 5M, with a resolution of 300dpi or above. Submitted works should not undergo major technical processing such as compositing, addition, or color tone changes. Borders, watermarks, signatures, and other modifications are not allowed.
3. 征文作品体裁不限，用中文撰写，字数 1000 字左右，统 一使用 word 文本形式投稿。
The essay entries are not limited to any particular genre and should be written in Chinese, with a word count of around 1,000 words. Please submit your entries in Word document format.
评选步骤
Evaluation Process
专家评审：邀请相关专家组成评审团，对参赛作品进行综合评审。
Expert Evaluation: Relevant experts will be invited to form an evaluation panel to conduct comprehensive evaluations of the submitted works.
获奖作品将在“读懂中国·感知江苏”——“海外留学生眼中的江苏”匡园杯短视频、摄影、征文比赛颁奖大会上颁奖，并在媒体平台进行宣传展示。
Award-winning works will be presented at the award ceremony of the “Understanding China, Perceiving Jiangsu” — “Jiangsu in the Eyes of Overseas Students” Kuangyuan Cup Short Video, Photography, and Essay Contest, and will be promoted and displayed on media platforms.

三等奖 20 名，各奖励人民币 1000 元，颁发荣誉证书

其他事项
Other Matters
1. 参赛作品必须为参赛者（个人或团队）原创，未曾在其它比赛中获得奖项，且拥有作品版权。严禁剽窃或抄袭，作品内容 必须严格遵守国家法律法规的相关规定，不得出现违背社会公共道德、侵犯他人隐私及其它违反国家相关法律法规的内容。
Submitted works must be original creations by the participants (individuals or teams), not having won awards in other competitions, and with the copyright belonging to the participants. Plagiarism or copying is strictly prohibited. The content of the works must strictly comply with the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, and must not violate social public morality, infringe upon the privacy of others, or violate other relevant national laws and regulations.
2. 本次活动不收费，不退稿。参赛者（个人或团队）可提交多部（篇）原创作品，但每个类别仅限一部（篇）作品获奖。参 赛作品的创作所需费用由参赛者自行承担。
This activity is free of charge, and submissions will not be returned. Participants (individuals or teams) may submit multiple original works, but only one work per category can win an award. The costs of creating the submitted works shall be borne by the participants themselves.
3. 主办方对作品拥有非商业性的使用权和传播权，如活动宣传报道、画册、展览等，并不再另付报酬。
The organizers have non-commercial use and dissemination rights for the works, such as for activity promotion, picture albums, exhibitions, etc., without additional compensation.
4. 本活动解释权归主办单位所有。凡投稿者，即视为其已同意本活动之所有规定。未尽事宜由主办方另行制定补充规则。
The interpretation rights of this activity belong to the host organization. Submission of an entry shall be deemed as agreement to all the rules of this activity. Matters not covered herein will be addressed by supplementary rules formulated separately by the organizers.
