毕业生文明离校倡议书及离校流程（南京）| A Letter to Graduating Students (Nanjing)

亲爱的同学们：

Dear all graduating students:

光阴似箭，岁月荏苒，毕业的骊歌已悄然奏响，六月的校园弥漫着离别的气息，微风都在诉说着别离。你们即将告别熟悉的校园、敬爱的老师、友爱的同学，以及充满欢笑与憧憬的大学时光。值此之际，希望你们继续保持良好的精神状态，争当文明的使者，展示积极向上的毕业生形象，为自己的大学生活画上圆满的句号。在此，我们向2024届国际教育学院的毕业生们发出如下倡议：

Over time and with days, the graduation song has quietly played. This June, every corner of the campus is filled with the parting figures, even the wind is bidding farewell. It’s time for you to say goodbye to the familiar campus, the beloved teachers, the friendly classmates, and happy college days. On this occasion, we hope you will maintain a good state of mind, strive to be the messenger of civilization, show a positive image of graduates, and draw a successful full stop for your university life. To all 2024 graduating students of CIE, we propose the following:

一、安全离校。离校前，遵守法律法规和校规校纪，生活中严格要求自己。不打架、不酗酒、注意防火防盗防诈及意外伤害、确保人身和财产安全。遇到困难和问题及时通过正常渠道反映和解决。在毕业离校前若发生违反校规校纪行为，将按照相关规定予以处理，违纪者有可能被取消学位。

Leave school in a safe way. Keep following the laws and regulations with other strict self-discipline even though you are leaving school. No fighting or alcohol abuse. Be aware of fire, theft, fraud, and accidental injury to ensure your personal and property security. Report and solve problems in time in the proper manner. If anyone who breaks laws and regulations before leaving school, your violations will be dealt in accordance with relevant regulations. Violator’s degree qualification maybe canceled.

二、文明离校。爱护公共设施、注重卫生健康，保证校园环境的整洁。离校前主动打扫宿舍卫生，确保宿舍原有设施完好无损，爱惜公共教学设施及公共资源。

Leave school in a civilized way. Protect the public facilities, care about health, and ensure the tidiness of the campus. Leave school with your room clean and facilities intact. Cherish the teaching facilities and public resources.

三、有序离校。根据学校及学院离校要求，按照离校流程科学合理地安排离校时间，确保在学校规定离校的最后期限前安全离校。

Leave school in order. Arrange your schedule for leaving school as the school requires and ensure that you will leave school before the stipulated deadline.

亲爱的同学们，毕业不是终点，而是新的起点。离开熟悉的校园，你们将踏上另一段旅程，去寻找属于你们的海阔天空。最后，祝愿各位同学们一帆风顺，展翅高飞。

Deal all, graduation is not the end, but a new beginning. You will embark on a new journey and seek for your own world. In the end, we wish all of you roses all the way, with a bright future and day.

离校流程

Process for Leaving Campus

1. 在辅导员处领取《留学生毕业生离校手续单》。

Get the School Leaving Procedures for NUIST Foreign Graduates from your class teacher.

2. 完成手续1-5后到学生工作办公室找辅导员。

Go to the Students Affairs Office after you finish steps 1-5 on the sheet.

3. 将离校计划和机票发给辅导员备案；毕业生需于签证到期前离校出境；无特殊原因，学院原则上不提供签证延期服务。

Send your leaving plan and home-trip tickets to the class teacher. Graduating students should leave school and China before the visa expiration. The college doesn’t help to get a visa extension without an emergency.

4. 学历生在辅导员处领取毕业证、学位证、成绩单；非学历生在辅导员出领取学习证明和成绩单；离校前无法领取相关证书的学生，需从辅导员处领取《学位证书领取委托书》，填写相关信息后发给辅导员，委托在校生帮忙领取。

Degree students: Go and get your graduation certificate, degree certificate, and transcript from the class teacher; Non-degree students: Go and get your study certificate and transcript from the class teacher. For students who cannot get documents in person before leaving, you can get an Entrust Letter from the class teacher, and find and entrust a reliable friend to take it.

5. 打扫干净自己的宿舍和床位，所有东西物归原处，宿舍如有公共物品损毁丢失需照价赔偿

Clean your room before leaving. Keep all dorm public property intact. You have to pay the Full Price for anything damaged or missing.

6. 将《离校手续单》交给宿管阿姨，完成退宿手续；

Give your School Leaving Procedures for NUIST Foreign Graduates to Ayi and finish the dorm check-out procedure.

7. 文明离校，路上注意人身和财产安全，到家后给辅导员发个微信报平安。

When you leave school, please pay attention to your personal and property security on the way. When you reach home, get your class teacher informed by a WeChat message.
