Holiday Notice
亲爱的同学们:
Dear students,
2024年7月13日至9月1日为暑假。
Summer holiday is from Jul 13 to Sep 1, 2024.
老生报到注册时间:2024年8月31日、9月1日。
The registration period for old students: Aug 31 and Sep 1, 2024.
请各位同学合理安排假期,注意安全。假期期间管理如常,未经允许不可夜不归宿。假期期间请假流程:
Please make good use of the holiday time and take good care of yourself. The dorm management during the holiday is the same as usual, it is not allowed to stay outside overnight without permission. Here is the process for asking a permission during holiday:
1. 微信联系班主任进行请假,并按要求填写请假申请表,如实填写请假理由、假期去向、请假天数、紧急联系人姓名和电话。
①Student needs to contact class teacher to ask a leave. They need to fill the leave application form truly and correctly, including why they wanna ask a leave, where they will go, how many days, emergency people and his/her contact.
2. 请假获批后抵达新的住宿地址需于24小时内完成外国临时住宿登记,并将临时住宿登记表发给班主任备案。
②For students who get the permission, when they leave school and reach the new residence, they must report their temporary residence within 24 hours as required and send the residence form to class teacher for the record.
3. 假期内返校后需去阿姨值班室填写返校登记表,并签字。
③Those who come back to the dorm in the holiday, they need to fill the return registration form in Ayi’s duty room as required.
如若放假期间发生任何紧急事件,请第一时间联系自己的班主任。同时也可向宿舍阿姨报告,寻求帮助。
If any emergency happens during the holiday, please report to your class teacher immediately. Meanwhile, dorm administrator can also be reached and are willing to help you during the holiday.
