As we embark on a new semester filled with challenges and opportunities, the President's Assistants Team officially kicks off its recruitment drive. We warmly invite every passionate and responsible individual like you to join in writing a new chapter for our campus!

我们是谁｜Who are we?
学生校长助理的主要职责是参与学校民主管理、调研学情动态、辅助学校决策、维护学生权益等。至今学生校长助理团共打造校长办公会调研提案（50个）、发布《信大周报》（332期）、《信大e家周报》（162期）等系列特色项目，成为学校学生工作的重要品牌与德育工作的新兴阵地。
The main responsibilities of President's Assistants Team are to participate in democratic management of the university, investigate and study the dynamics of student learning, assist in school decision-making, and safeguard the rights and interests of students.
自2017年学生校长助理制度实施开始，我校先后有来自毛里求斯、老挝、哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯、孟加拉、印度尼西亚等6个国家的8位留学生加入校长助理团，他们致力于为留学生发声，为学校的国际化发展出谋划策。
Since the implementation of this system in 2017, eight international students from Mauritius, Laos, Kazakhstan, Russia, Bangladesh, and Indonesia have joined the president's assistant group. They are committed to speaking up for international students and providing advice for the international development of the school.

选聘条件 | Requirements
1. 成绩优良，学有余力，可以保证一定的工作时间；
Have excellent academic performance and be able to work for a certain period of time;
2. 关心学校发展，有责任心，执行力强，有学生工作、社团工作或相关实践活动经历者优先；
Care about the university development and have a strong sense of responsibility and strong execution ability (those who have experience in student work or related practical activities are preferred);
3. 有较好的中文表达和写作能力，较强的沟通协调能力以及调研分析能力；
Proficient in Chinese (good at speaking and writing), have strong communication and coordination skills, and research and analysis capabilities;
4. 能够对学校发展进行深入思考并提出意见与建议；
Be able to think deeply about the university development and put forward suggestions;
5.一般任期为一年，非毕业班学生优先；
The general term is one year, with priority given to non-graduating students;
6. 初筛合格之后将有中文面试。
There will be a Chinese interview after the first-round selection.
7. 本次计划选聘2-4名留学生（包括金牛湖校区）。
2-4 international students will be recruited (including students from Jinniuhu Campus).

报名方式 | Registration
报名同学填写《南京信息工程大学第八届学生校长助理选聘报名表》（见附件），连同个人所撰写的主题调研报告及短评文章于11月24日22:00前发送至以下邮箱：章老师，850480@nuist.edu.cn（南京校区学生请发送至该邮箱）；胡老师：850470@nuist.edu.cn（金牛湖校区学生请发送至该邮箱）。
Applicants should fill out the "Application Form for President's Assistant Team Recruitment at NUIST" (see Attachment 1), and also write a thematic research report and a short commentary article (see Attachment 2). Please be reminded that both should be written in Chinese.
Then, applicants should send the form and articles to the following e-mail addresses by 22:00, Nov 24 (this Sunday evening). For students at Nanjing campus, please send it to Ms. Meng at 850480@nuist.edu.cn; For students at Jinniuhu campus, please send it to Mr. Rooney at 850470@nuist.edu.cn.
