Ultrasound-Navigated Multiple Hippocampal Transections: An Anatomical Study
多次海马横断术 (MHT) 是一种外科手术技术，用于治疗药物难治性颞叶内侧癫痫，因为标准手术会导致记忆力下降的风险很高。在 MHT 过程中，与癫痫扩散有关的海马纵向纤维被切断，而横向记忆回路则得以保留。MHT 的范围由术中皮层脑电图控制；癫痫放电的消除是终止横断术的终点。换句话说，MHT 的目的不是海马横断的解剖完整性。相反，我们假设只有完全横断海马横截面才能持久终止癫痫，避免术后纵向通路可能重组。在这里，我们报告了一项解剖学研究，旨在评估在超声神经导航的帮助下完全切断海马的可行性，并提出了实现这一目标的新工具。
