音乐治疗（Music Therapy）是一种治疗形式，在治疗关系中使用音乐来帮助实现患者的个性化目标。没有音乐背景也能从音乐疗法中受益。从儿童到成人，所有年龄段的人都可能会发现它非常适合他们的治疗需求。

音乐疗法通常是一对一的，但它也可以在团体环境中使用，例如精神病医院、疗养院、综合医院、老年病医院、儿童医院、特殊教育学校和各种心理诊所。与其他疗法和/或药物联合使用时，它通常最有效。

音乐疗法可以帮助人们控制身体疼痛，并已被证明可有效治疗各种健康状况，包括心脏并发症、癌症、糖尿病和痴呆。它可以帮助：降低心率和血压、减轻压力、改善睡眠、增强记忆力和认知功能。音乐也可以对一个人的心理健康产生强大的影响。
