音乐治疗(Music Therapy)是一种治疗形式,在治疗关系中使用音乐来帮助实现患者的个性化目标。没有音乐背景也能从音乐疗法中受益。从儿童到成人,所有年龄段的人都可能会发现它非常适合他们的治疗需求。


音乐疗法通常是一对一的,但它也可以在团体环境中使用,例如精神病医院、疗养院、综合医院、老年病医院、儿童医院、特殊教育学校和各种心理诊所。与其他疗法和/或药物联合使用时,它通常最有效。


音乐疗法可以帮助人们控制身体疼痛,并已被证明可有效治疗各种健康状况,包括心脏并发症、癌症、糖尿病和痴呆。它可以帮助:降低心率和血压、减轻压力改善睡眠、增强记忆力和认知功能。


音乐也可以对一个人的心理健康产生强大的影响。它可以影响任何人的情绪,引起一系列效果,从提供舒适到缓解身体疼痛,再到增强能量。研究表明,音乐疗法对患有自闭症谱系障碍抑郁症的人特别有帮助。


音乐疗法的其他心理益处包括:提升心情、增加喜悦和敬畏、减少焦虑、缓解抑郁症、调节情绪,尤其是困难的情绪、促进自我反省、协助处理创伤

Teppo Särkämö是心理学博士,目前担任芬兰赫尔辛基大学医学院心理学和语言矫正系认知脑研究组 (CBRU) 的神经心理学副教授。他的主要研究兴趣是音乐和言语感知的神经机制及其缺陷(失歌症和失语症)、衰老、听觉和认知功能的神经可塑性以及音乐干预在神经系统疾病(如中风、创伤性脑损伤、痴呆症)中的临床应用。


通过结合认知神经科学、临床神经心理学和心理学的研究方法,他的研究团队(音乐、衰老和康复团队,MART) 特别关注音乐和语言对老化大脑的认知、听觉和运动功能的恢复和保存以及情绪、情绪和心理健康的影响。

Michael H. Thau于 1983年获得音乐博士学位,辅修运动科学,并于1980年获得音乐硕士学位,均毕业于玫瑰密歇根州立大学。他还曾就读于奥地利萨尔茨堡的莫扎特音乐大学。


他拥有德国心理学/教育学文凭。是多伦多大学的音乐教授,同时兼任康复科学和神经科学教授。他还担任 CAMH 神经影像研究中心的合作科学家和多伦多圣迈克尔医院李嘉诚知识研究所的附属科学家。他是多伦多大学音乐与健康科学研究中心 (MAHRC) 和音乐与健康科学研究生项目的主任。

Eckart Altenmüller是德国汉诺威大学教授,拥有古典长笛硕士学位以及神经病学和神经生理学医学博士学位。


自 1994 年起,他担任音乐生理学和音乐家医学研究所所长兼主任。他继续研究情绪的神经生物学和音乐家的运动障碍以及运动、听觉和感觉学习。在过去十年中,他获得了德国研究协会 (DFG) 的 18 项资助。


自 2005 年起,他成为哥廷根科学院院士。从 2005 年到 2017 年,他担任德国音乐生理学和音乐家医学学会主席和副主席。2013 年,他获得下萨克森州科学奖。从 2015 年到 2021 年,他担任汉诺威音乐、戏剧和媒体大学的副校长(科学部门)。其他奖项包括 2020 年Koetser脑科学奖、2021年音乐神经科学奖。
