Job details:
1.Age of students: 3-6 years old, small-size Class.
2. Class Schedule:4-5 classes per day, the specific class schedule, refer to the class schedule of each semester
3. Weekly days off:2 days off on weekends.
4. Position / Role Introduction
The Pre-K teacher is a challenging and rewarding position. Academics of the program are administered by the Dean of Academics. Our teachers are provided an US curriculum as a guide and framework for the academic year, and design daily lesson plans and manage the classroom as they would in a typical US classroom. Students take their coursework in English and classes are led by international teachers.
1)Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student
2)Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, record appropriate records and prepare progress reports
3)Instructs students individually and in groups during the instructional time, using various teaching methods such as but not limited to lectures, discussions, demonstrations, presentations, class projects, use of media, technology, current research in instruction, tutorials and other tools that provides for student engagement in the learning process and enables students to achieve learning objectives.

4)Adapts teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests, including students with limited English proficiency.
5)Experience developing students' linguistic and cognitive abilities through the explicit integration of reading, writing, speaking, and listening into instruction across all content areas and activities.
6)Skill in monitoring/assessing performance of students and of yourself to make improvements or take corrective action.
7) Assist and coordinate activities and events inside and outside of school
8)Organizing and assisting club activities and other student activities

Qualification&Requirements:
1.English Teachers of US/UK/CA/AUS/NZ/Irland, aged 22-45, Candidates of US/CA preferred.
2.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related fields
3.Experience: 3 or more years of classroom teaching experience (experience with English Language Learners preferred)
4. Hold Teaching License of the United States/Canada.
5. Work visa

Job Duties&Responsibilities
1.Teaching up to a maximum of 20 hours per week (each teaching hour = 45mins)
2. Teaching preparation and regular lesson planning meetings
3. Assessment duties (standardization, marking, feedback, moderation activities)
4. Participation in teaching seminars and professional development training
5. Coordination and administrative work, such as course coordination, materials
proofreading, and student enrollment support

Qualification&Requirements
Essential
1. Undergraduate degree or above (English language/Applied Linguistics/Education
or related fields preferred)
2. Any of the teaching qualifications (TeflI status:): Cambridge CELTA, Trinity Cert TESOL (or equivalent, which includes assessed teaching practice)
3. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience, preferably in an EAP context
4. Organizational, communication and inter-personal skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to lead and work well in teams

Desirable
1. TeflQ status: Cambridge DELTA, Trinity Dip TESOL (or equivalent) and/or relevant Masters (eg ELT/ TESOL/Applied Linguistics)
2. Experience of teaching EAP for engineering/STEM undergraduates
3. Ability to use ICT effectively, including use of a virtual learning environment (e.g. Moodle)

Compensation and Benefits
1. Successful candidates will be offered a monthly salary starting from 18,000 RMB before tax. Specific salary will be dependent upon professional and academic qualifications and relevant work experience.
2. An annual travel allowance of 12,000RMB (before tax), will be paid directly to your bank account every month.
3. Assistance with obtaining a work permit and residence permit.
4. Medical insurance within China.
5. Annual physical examination, birthday cake card and gift boxes are available for major public holidays.
6. Paid holidays.

Job Details
* Teaching and office hours: up to 24 hours a week including up to 18 teaching hours.
* Teaching content: Oral English,Academic English, etc.
* Textbooks provided from UK;

Salary&Benefits
* Salary: 27k RMB before tax per month, twelve months' salary per year. The salary is very high in the local city  as the local living expenses is very low.
* Medical insurance: Provided;
* Paid Holidays: about 15-20 days a year plus other national holidays

Qualification&Requirements
* Related Teaching experience required
* English speakers of UK/US/CA/AUS/NZ/Ireland, aged 25-55
* Hold teaching certificates of the countries liated above or Tesol, tefl, and Celta
