Job Description
1. Teaching the follows subjects to students Grade 7-8/Grade 10-12: IGCSE ESL, General Speaking, Practical Oral English.
2.Working hours: 14 class/week.
3.Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active English learning experiences.
4.Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
5.Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and by organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.
6. Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
7. Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
8. Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
9. Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.

Qulifications& Requirements
1.  Candidates of UK/US/AUS/NZ/CA/Ireland, aged 22-50
2.  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
3.  A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or teaching certificates of the countries listed above) specifically for ESL.
4、 Minimum of two years teaching experience in an ESL environment, with a preference for experience in IGCSE or international curricula.
5.Strong understanding of the pedagogical theories and practices specific to ESL education and the challenges faced by ESL learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and work effectively with colleagues.
6.Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.

Job requirements:
1. Candidates of US/UK/AUS/NZ/SA/Ireland, aged 25-50
2. Bachelor’s degree or above; Education major，fluent in both Chinese and English
3. Teaching Credential/License of the countries listed above
4.TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
5. TEFL/TESOL certification minimum (CELTA/DELTA/PGCE/QTS preferred)
6.Have more than five years of admissions experience in a medium-sized international school or educational institution
7.Those who have new school admissions experience are preferred
8.Strong management ability, able to work under pressure, and able to quickly reflect according to the plan
9.Able to handle multiple tasks in an orderly manner at the same time
10.Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and proactive.

Salary&Benefits
1.Monthly Salary: 20K-35K before tax, negotiable.
2. Accommodation allowance paid monthly (4,000 RMB for single teacher, 6,000 RMB for teaching couple or family). School will provide assistance in locating suitable accommodation.
3. Settling allowance of 10,000 RMB (for teachers hired from places out of China Mainland or leave to go to other schools out of China Mainland) and 5,000RMB.
4. International health insurance including medical coverage arranged by the School.
5. Gratuity of one month salary（before tax） paid at end of each one year contract. Two month salary (before tax) paid at end of two year contract.
6. Personal leave of 3 days per academic year and Sick leave of 10 days per academic year both not accruable.
7. Tuition waiver: for dependent children enrolled at the School.  All other costs of attending the School must be paid by the teacher.
8. Early Sign on bonus: 5,000RMB for renewal of one year contract, 10,000RMB for renewal of two or three years contract.

Required Qualifications:
1.Candidates of UK/US/AUS/CA/NZ/Ireland/SA, aged 25-50, with master degree or higher.
2.2 years or more Teaching experiences in (AP) social science subjects (G9-12) is preferred.
3.Demonstrates excellence in teaching the subject area(s) and/or instructional levels targeted.
4.Evidence of ability to work cooperatively with administrators, teachers and management team.
5.Evidence of organizational ability and willingness to pursue tasks to successful completion.
6.Superior communication skills (oral and written).

Salary&Benefits:
1. Salary: 28-35k per month, 11-month contract, negotiable.
2. Housing Allowance (RMB 3000).
3. Reimbursement Airfare 1 round trip within one contract (RMB 10000).
4. Work Visa and Insurance .
5. Completion bonus: 50% monthly salary, Renewal bonus: 50% month salary.
6.Fully-paid Winter&Summer Holidays.

Job description
1.Students' age:16-18, up to 25 students
2.Contract Period:2 years is preferable (Negotiable by both parties, one year is also okay)
