The Chinese government has
simplified the visa application process, eliminating the need for
Canadians to attend consulate appointments for mandatory fingerprinting
if they apply for a short-term visa.
Previously, all applicants had to visit the Chinese consulate in person, which made the process cumbersome, especially for those living far from consulate offices.
With new visa rules in effect, Canadians can skip the consulate visit entirely and take advantage of third-party visa processing services like Visa Center. This change makes applying for a China visa in Canada easier and more efficient, regardless of whether the applicant is applying for a tourist visa, business visa, or any other type of visa.
Alex Selivanov, owner of VisaCenter.ca [https://www.visacenter.ca/], located in Toronto, ON welcomes this development, stating the following:
"This update is a huge relief for Canadians who want to travel to China. No more trips to the consulate for fingerprinting - Visa Center can now handle the entire process, saving applicants time, stress, and hassle. More so, the timing of these new China visa rules introduction is perfect as now is the season for Canadian business people to flock to the commercial fairs, the main of which - the Canton Fair, is scheduled for mid-October," Alex said.
