Job Description

1.Working Hours: 40 working hours based on 5 days/week, 8 hours/day. (2 days off during weekdays)

2.Teaching Hours: Up to 100 hours (no more than 25 hours per week). During peak seasons (July and/or August, January and/or February) there may be 20% raise in teaching hours according to center needs.

3.Length of Contract: Prefer Two-year renewable contract with three-month probation. Salary raise for second-year is based on the first-year performance and evaluation.

4.Class：Class Size: 6-12 students;Student Age:4-15 years

Compensation and Benefits

1.Our package: 33,000-34,000 before tax, including basic salary and housing allowance: 4,000 RMB/month (depends on city)

2.Monthly Teaching Service Bonus：500RMB starting from the second year of employment. An additional 500RMB for each subsequent year.

3. Annual bonus: up to 110% of the one-month salary based on year-end Performance Evaluation.

Qualification&Requirements:

1.English speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand

2. BA degree or above

3.120-hour TEFL preferred

4. At least 2 year teaching experience

Positions:
1. IB MYP Physics position (Starting ASAP);
2. IB  PYP Primary School G2 Homeroom position (Starting December 2024 or January 2025);

Qualification&Requirements:
1. English Speakers of US/UK/CA/AUS/NZ/Ireland, aged 22-50
2. Bachelor's Degree or above with a major in physics;
3. At least 2 years' related teaching experience;
4. Prefer PGCE/QTS/other teaching Qualification of the countries listed above.

Job responsibility :
1、Carry out teaching tasks as required by the school and be responsible for writing course plans, outlines, and lesson plans for the subjects taught;
2、Actively participate in teaching research and collaborate in lesson preparation, promptly update the curriculum system, and continuously improve the quality of teaching; 3、Maintain good communication with the homeroom teacher, other subject teachers, and parents, and do a good job in student management;
4、Based on the actual situation of the students, design interactive courses and teaching activities, and cultivate critical thinking and innovative spirit;
5、According to the teaching requirements, promptly correct and evaluate student assignments, provide appropriate feedback and counseling, and provide full-range, comprehensive learning support for students; 6、Organize and participate in various activities both inside and outside the classroom;
7、Attend parent-teacher meetings, internal meetings, group meetings, school training, etc. as required;
8、Perform any other duties as required by the principal if needed.

Qualification&Requirement:
1. English speakers from America, British, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand,
2.Bachelor's degree or above. Master's degree or above or graduation from well-known universities is preferred;
3.Having at least 2 years of teaching experience in international schools, experience in teaching AP/IB is preferred;
4.Hold PGCE/QTS/other teacher qualification certificate of the countries listed above;
5.High levels of organizational administrative and inter-personal communication skills are essential.

Job Description:
1. Students: kindergarten students aged 3-5;
2. Working hours: 7:50 am-5:15 pm;
3. Working days: Monday to Friday;
4. The number of students: around 10-27;
5. One-year contract;
 
Package:
