The study and training program of Hong Kong’s famous universities and enterprises is carried out in the Hong Kong branches of the world's top 500 financial enterprises. It is the largest financial training program in the Chinese area of the world. To adapt to the increasing emphasis on business practice in Chinese education and the frequent exchanges between the two places, Hong Kong's prestigious visiting and training programs seek students with an interest in finance and an international perspective. During the training, there were product launches, business planning speeches, mock fund investment competitions, visits to the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Palace Museum, Phoenix TV, etc. At the same time, according to the guidance of the senior management of the enterprise, systematically understand the business operation of the top 500 companies and share real business cases so that students can understand a real financial environment and clarify their future career positioning.
香港名校访学与名企实训项目是在世界500强金融企业香港分公司开展，是目前全球华人地区规模最大的金融实训项目。为适应中国教育愈加重视商业实践及两地交流频繁趋势，香港名校访学与名企实训项目寻求有金融兴趣、有国际视野的学生加入。实训期间有产品发布会、商业策划演说、模拟基金投资比赛、香港中文大学及香港故宫文化博物馆和凤凰卫视参访等，同时根据企业高层指导，系统了解500强公司商业运作，以及分享真实商业案例，让学生可以了解一个真实的金融环境，明确未来职业定位。

1. Business Planning Competition
商业策划大赛
Business plans originated in the United States, initially as a basic means for startup companies to raise funds, and later, because of the huge role of business plans, so major companies around the world will use perfect business plans to help companies make internal investment decisions when launching new products or specific projects. In the project, the writing of the business plan is generally based on the research and data integration of the existing investment and financial products of the practical training company. Students are required to conduct market research in addition to research and development according to the set financial products and solve the following related problems: whether the product positioning is accurate (creativity, planning), whether the product and market analysis is perfect (evaluation, research, resource integration, sales, after-sales), and whether the product has potential for future development.
商业策划书起源于美国，最初作为初创公司募集资金的基本手段，后来由于商业策划书有着巨大作用，于是全球各大公司在推出新产品或特定项目时，均会使用完善的商业策划书来帮助公司作出内部投资决策。项目中商业策划书撰写一般是基于实训公司已有的投资理财产品进行研究，资料整合。学员需要根据设定的理财产品进行除研发环节外的市场研究，解决以下相关问题：产品定位是否准确（创意、策划）、产品及市场分析是否完善（评估、调研、资源整合、销售、售后）、产品未来发展是否拥有潜力等。
2. Mock Product Launch
模拟产品发布会
This is a major extension in marketing, mainly involving marketing links, while covering the company's strategy, finance and other multiple fields. The simulated product launch requires the students to develop a unique launch for the company within the range specified by the tutor, and make a group speech on the spot. The simulated product launch in the project is generally based on existing financial products or self-developed products and focuses on marketing. Each team needs to use various marketing tools to output a product launch and prepare a PPT for the product launch for on-site display.
产品发布会是在市场营销方面一次重大的延伸，主要涉及市场营销环节，同时涵盖公司战略、财务等多重领域。模拟产品发布会要求学员在导师规定的产品范围内，为公司制定一套别开生面的产品发布会，并现场进行小组演说。项目中模拟产品发布会一般基于已有金融产品或自主开发产品模拟产品发布，重点侧重市场营销环节，每个小组需要利用各种市场营销工具输出一份产品发布会，准备产品发布会PPT做现场展示。
3. Mock Fund Investment Competition
模拟基金投资比赛
Simulated fund investment is mainly to conduct fund trading experiments, and establish a set of experimental systems that can simulate fund trading. The goal is to strengthen students' understanding of fund knowledge through simulated environments, train students' practical operation ability, and provide an experimental environment combining theory and practice for students to enter society.
模拟基金投资主要是进行基金模拟交易实验，建立一套可以模拟基金交易的实验系统，目标是通过模拟的交易环境加强学员对基金知识的理解，训练学员的实际操作能力，为学员走向社会提供一个理论结合实际的实验环境。
4.Hong Kong Palace Museum
香港故宫文化博物馆
The Hong Kong Palace Museum is a dedicated museum of Chinese culture and art, with a comprehensive and in-depth display of the collection of the Palace Museum. It is an important practice of "supporting Hong Kong's development as a center for Cultural and Art Exchange between China and Foreign countries" in the outline of the National 14th Five-Year Plan, a creative combination between the excellent traditional Chinese culture represented by the Forbidden City and modern and international Hong Kong, and a milestone event in the cultural and cultural cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong. It is an innovative practice for Hong Kong and the mainland to share the fine traditional Chinese culture and continue to pass on the Chinese civilization. Standing on the shore of Victoria Harbour, the giant golden structure shaped like a Fang Ding is also expected to become a new cultural landmark with world influence.
香港故宫文化博物馆是一所展示中华文化艺术的专题博物馆，全面和深入地展示故宫博物院的珍藏。它是国家“十四五”规划纲要中“支持香港发展中外文化艺术交流中心”的重要实践，是故宫所代表的中华优秀传统文化与现代化、国际化香港之间的创造性结合，是内地与香港文化文物合作的里程碑事件，是香港与内地共享中华优秀传统文化、赓续传承中华文明的创新性实践。这座屹立在维港之滨、形似方鼎的金色巨型建筑也有望成为具有世界级影响力的文化新地标。
5.Visiting the Chinese University of Hong Kong
香港中文大学参访
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), It is an internationally renowned public research university in the fields of humanities, mathematics, computer science, economics and finance, medicine, law, media, geography and other fields, and is the only university in Hong Kong with Nobel Prize, Fields Medal, Turing Prize, Lasker Prize and Shannon Prize winners. During the program, we will exchange with CUHK alumni and visit the CUHK campus to learn about the cultural and academic heritage of the world's top universities.

Not included in the cost: Food and beverage expenses; travel expenses from Wuhan to Hong Kong; fees for applying for Macau and Hong Kong Travel Permits and Hong Kong visas; other personal expenses.

You should personally go to the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau to handle the matter at least 30 days before the project line, with the relevant materials. If you do not have an individual travel (G visa), then choose group travel (L visa).

Project Safety Instructions
项目安全说明
1. Safety is our top priority. Our project has been successfully held for many sessions without any safety incidents. For this project, we will also prioritize safety to ensure that participants can attend the project safely and smoothly.
安全问题是我们最重视的问题，我们的项目成功举办过多届，从来没有出现过任何安全问题，此次项目我们也会将安全摆在第一位，让学员安全顺利参加项目。
2. We will have a team of professional leaders with a ratio of about 10:1. The leaders will accompany the participants from the assembly point to the project site and throughout the journey, reducing safety risks for the participants on the road.
配备约10：1的专业带队老师，带队老师带着学员从集合地往返项目地并全程陪同照顾，减少学员在路上的安全隐患。
3. Before the trip, the leaders will add the parents' contact information and will provide feedback to the parents about the participants' progress during the project through text, voice messages, photos, and videos, to alleviate the parents' concerns.
带队老师将在行前将添加家长的联系方式，并以文字、语音、照片、视频的方式给家长反馈学员在项目期间的动态，减少家长的担忧。
4. The project itinerary is tightly scheduled with little free time. If participants need to go shopping or do other activities outside, they can ask the leaders or local reception teachers to accompany them.
项目行程安排紧凑，基本没有自由活动的时间，如学员需外出购物等可请带队老师或当地接待老师陪同。
5. Before the project starts, we will purchase short-term accident insurance for each participant for protection. In case a participant falls ill or sustains an injury during the project and needs to claim insurance, we will assist with the claims process after the project ends.
项目开始前我们会给每位学员购买短期意外保险做保障，万一学员在项目期间生病或发生意外伤害需要进行保险理赔的，我们将在项目结束后全程协助理赔。
