母语为普通话的中国大陆人士，英语流利。
具有至少2年以上的文案撰写经验，特别是针对中国平台（微信、小红书、抖音、微博、百度、哔哩哔哩等）。
必须具备SEO知识！候选人必须能够进行关键词研究并优化内容以提高搜索引擎排名。
了解学生公寓行业或有与学生公寓品牌合作的经验者优先。

Key Responsibilities:
○ Develop and execute creative copy in Mandarin tailored to various Chinese social media platforms and our website, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and tailored to our target audience - students looking for accommodation.
○ Translate and adapt English content marketing materials into Mandarin, maintaining the brand's voice and message consistency across all channels.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the Chinese market, driving brand awareness and engagement.
○ Posting content on social media platforms
○ Stay up-to-date with trends on social media platforms to ensure content is relevant and appealing and has a high chance of going viral!
○ Analyse content performance metrics to understand effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
○ Perform Keyword research and optimise content for SEO
Required skills and experiences
○ Native Mandarin speaker
○ Proven experience in copywriting (2+ years), specifically for Chinese platforms (WeChat, RED, Douyin, Weibo, Baidu, Bilibili etc.).
○ SEO knowledge is a must! Candidate must be able to do keyword research and optimise content for search engine ranking.
Preferred skills and experiences
○ Knowledge of the student accommodation industry or experience working with a student accommodation brand is highly preferred.
