沉痛悼念托马斯·布哈教授
汉堡大学公法教授、中欧法学院原欧方联席院长托马斯·布哈（Thomas Bruha）教授，于2024年7月14日逝世，享年79岁。
2007年起，托马斯·布哈教授为汉堡大学“中欧法学院项目组”成员，负责起草项目申请工作。2009年、2010年，托马斯·布哈教授为中欧法学院汉堡暑期班教务主任。2011年9月初至2012年12月底，托马斯·布哈教授担任中欧法学院欧方联席院长。托马斯·布哈教授在中欧法学院组建、学术研究与人才培养方面作出了重大贡献。

OBITUARY

Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruha, Professor of Public Law at the University of Hamburg and former European Co-Dean of CESL, passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 79.
Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruha was the member of the UHH “CESL project team” since 2007, where he was responsible for drafting the application. In 2009 and 2010, he was the Director of Studies of the CESL Summer School in Hamburg. From the beginning of September 2011 to the end of December 2012, Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruha served as the European Co-Dean of CESL. Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruha has made significant contributions to the establishment, academic research and students training of CESL.
All CESL faculty and students deeply mourn for the passing of Prof. Dr. Thomas Bruha.
