2024年7月的暑假期间，皇家西班牙人上海学院将开设为期4个周末的足球技术训练与挑战营，以满足那些希望保持训练频率、深爱足球并期望在暑期保持足球运动，有针对性技术提升的队员们的训练需求。

During the summer vacation of July 2024, RCD Espanyol Academy Shanghai will offer a 4-weekends football skills training and challenge camp to meet the training needs of players who wish to increase their training frequency, are passionate about football, and aim to maintain their engagement in the sport with targeted technical improvements during the summer.

本次训练挑战营有周六营/周日营2种选择，都安排在傍晚16:00-18:00进行，分别在皇家西班牙上海学院4个基地开展，4-15岁全年龄覆盖，并按年龄和水平分组训练。

This training challenge camp offers two options: Saturday Camp and Sunday Camp. Both are scheduled from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and take place across four Facilities at the RCD ESPANYOL Academy Shanghai. It caters to children aged 4-15, with training groups organized by age and skill level.

In early July 2024, the RCD Espanyol Academy in Shanghai will host two five-day intensive training and competition camps. 

The curriculum of the camp includes technical training, team tactical training, and match instruction. During the training, players will enhance their technical application and team collaboration skills, and learn game strategies. Additionally, the camp will group players based on their age and technical level to ensure that each participant receives targeted improvement in the most suitable training environment, enhancing their offensive and defensive coordination and understanding of game tactics and decision-making during matches .

技术训练中我们将专注于训练提高控球、传球、带球、射门的四项技术能力，以便让我们在比赛中拥有更多的选择和解决方案。以下是内容：

We will focus on drills to improve our capacity to control 、passing、dribblling 、shooting，in order to have more resources and solutions when we are playing. These are the contents:

• Coordination  协调性

• Control and passing technique  控球和传球技术

• Ball protection  护球技巧

• Control and passing with opposition  面对防守进行控球和传球

• Dribble technique  过人技术

• Finalization technique  射门技巧

西班牙人足球的团队战术训练通过模拟特定比赛情境，例如在禁区内快速进攻终结的训练或区域团队控球向远端转移的训练，来设计战术训练。本次足球营将根据队员的技术水平设计不同难度的战术训练。这种通过分析比赛中可能遇到的特定情境来设计的训练，有助于队员在类似情境下做出更好的决策。以下是内容：

ESPANYOL football's team tactical training involves the design of training exercises that simulate specific match situations, such as training for rapid offensive finishes in the penalty area or training for team ball control transferring the ball to distant areas. This football camp will design tactical training exercises of varying difficulty based on the technical levels of the players. This type of training, designed by analyzing potential match scenarios, helps players make better decisions in similar situations.

  2对1、3对1、3对2的综合情境练习 。
• Finishing situations to practice decision making inside the box.

比赛教学将分为两个部分：比赛教学的训练与正式比赛。每节训练课都将有比赛教学的训练，队员们将进行分组的比赛教学，按不同年龄分成如5人制或7人制比赛的教学，在教学中队员们将通过教练的讲解认识到比赛中的应该保持的站位，在进攻和防守时不同的位置变化，认识场上空间的利用，理解无球压迫，无球跑动，利用空间人数的优势进行传球转移等等，并且运用到技术训练和战术训练的技巧和知识。

Match instruction will be divided into two parts: training for match instruction and actual games. Each training session will include match instruction where players will be grouped by age and taught in formats such as 5-a-side or 7-a-side games. During the instruction, players will learn about maintaining proper positions during a game, the changes in positions during offense and defense, the use of space on the field, understanding pressing and movement without the ball, and how to utilize numerical advantages in space for passing and shifting. Additionally, they will apply these techniques and knowledge from technical and tactical training.
